Room had no outside window at all. Room was also a bit dirty especially in the bathroom. You could see lots of curly black hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling. There was also used lashes left in the garbage can.

The location was amazing. I was there to do all Prince stuff! Staff were amazing and helpful when I had questions. Room was clean and comfortable! Restaurant attached to hotel was a plus and the food and service was awesome! Hotel is around everything you may need. I

Hotel is clean and pleasant. My sleep was comfortable and I got an excellent rate through a third party. The room was pretty large and I had a view of downtown. I was here for a night and I was satisfied. The property that evening didn't seem that busy, which is likely how I got a good rate. Yes, I would recommend staying here.

This is a lovely hotel with a well trained staff. One of my expensive earrings fell out & went down the shower drain, I turned the water off right away & the hotel engineer used a shop vac to retrieve it. I wasn't in the bathroom with him, he could have easily pocketed the stone. The hotel was spotless. We had delicious drinks that were perfect for each person's very different tastes & the bar service was excellent. I gave 4 stars because the very nice pillows were not even queen-sized. It doesn't matter if there's five of them, they should have at least 2 queen-sized pillows on a queen-sized bed plus small extras.

Love the place great location walked to the nba arena, a little issue with a crappy manager who didn’t handle a problem properly and the shocker refused to give me her name but that doesn’t take away a 5 star rating thanks to other nice staff members and Maria in particular.
