Room had no outside window at all. Room was also a bit dirty especially in the bathroom. You could see lots of curly black hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling. There was also used lashes left in the garbage can.

The location was amazing. I was there to do all Prince stuff! Staff were amazing and helpful when I had questions. Room was clean and comfortable! Restaurant attached to hotel was a plus and the food and service was awesome! Hotel is around everything you may need. I

The location is good and inside of the room look decent. Staff is nice. However, our king bed in standard king room is very firm. I am not able to sleep comfortably at night. Saw review on google with someone from the hotel saying that a soft topper can be requested. Asked staff for help and they did but there is none. Disappointed for a 4 star to have uncomfortable bed. Bed in 2 star is more comfortable and it is in standard king room as well. Most likely will never come back because the most important thing in staying at hotel is the comfort of the bed. I don't want to risk having to sleep in uncomfortable bed for a few night.

The experience was perfect. Location fantastic for walking everywhere. Staff so personable + friendly both at hotel front desk + in the restaurant. Very clean! Spacious. Excellent gym on 17th floor!
Would recommend offering more drinking water to guests staying more than one night without having to ask. The vending machines on both floors were sold out of water. Staff did however accommodate upon asking. No complaints. Will definitely be our choice of stay in the downtown area. Thank you for making our trip so pleasant!
