My shower had clumps of hair on the floor from the previous guest, the shampoo, Conditioner and shower gel pump bottles were all slippery, and alas, I had not noticed until I was already well into the routine. I cannot begin to describe how disgusted I was, and promptly washed my feet in the sink. Requested a room move, but nothing was clean. Asked for them to please deep clean my room as I had no confidence that it was clean properly altogether. When I returned from my appointments the room was clean the shower as well but no note or message or anything from anyone. I wrote an email to the general manager and attached a video, not long after the director of style (housekeeping Director) with his forehead full of sweat was at my door asking me if my shower was clean, apologized and asked if he can get anything. What seems very evident is that this hotel is severely understaffed. The GM eventually responded to my email and apologized, but no restitution of any kind was offered, perhaps because of too many incidents. Upon checking out at 5:30am the next day, there was no one at the front desk, I called out “hello”, no reply. I had to go behind it and knock out a side door and a man came out, but he did not seem very familiar with the front desk. He took my keys and said he would email me my folio, to which I replied that I needed my folio now. He returned to the back office and emerged with another person who clearly seemed that she had been asleep. The folio was produced and never asked how my stay was, nor were there any extra Bonboy points awarded for the shortcomings I experienced. Needless to say, I will not be returning on my next trip to this hotel.
