Because business activities came here from the hot Africa, there was a whole day of snow flying all over the sky, which was really a double sky of ice and fire. The hotel room is very comfortable, worthy of its own standard, breakfast can be ordered or self-service, a pleasant three-day stay.

As title suggests, it was a really solid stay for the weekend getaway I had. Room was clean, staff were very friendly with check-in, answering my questions, and check-out. Would go back and stay here again as it seems like they would be consistent in the service and quality they provide guests.

Noisy room, inadequate amenities, and very poor quality of breakfast food. I was served the tail end of a toast for which I paid $6. The server was slow and not friendly. My room was next to the pool. There were people screeching in the pool till 9 PM. I had hard time going to sleep.

The hotel was satisfactory. While it does not offer complimentary bottled water to guests, glasses are readily available. Its location is convenient, being a short walk from downtown, approximately ten minutes from Target, A variety of restaurants are close by. I highly recommend the Laotian restaurant ‘Gai Noi’ near Loring Park for a unique dining experience.

Need to change mattress, improve drain of bathtub and sink, and cleaner bathroom in general. Add microwave to rooms. Staff are helpful.

Upon checking in for a recent stay, we were given a room with one king bed even though we had reserved (nearly three month earlier) a room with 2 queen beds (for 3 of us). We immediately returned to the front desk to tell them we had the wrong room and the desk clerk responded: "I know." She then disappeared into the back room for about 5 minutes and then a manager appeared to tell us there were no 2-bed rooms available because "their inventory was sold out." He didn't try to explain why our reservation had not been honored. Instead, he offered to bring a rollaway bed into the room which, given the size of the room, would have had us stepping over each other to get into/out of bed. When we refused that, he looked stammered for a bit before disappearing again (to check his system) and eventually found a second room, that he could let us have at a discount. Tired of debating it with him, we accepted, even though it meant paying almost $200 more than we already had. The really annoying part was that nobody ever offered an apology for messing up our reservation. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this hotel.
