Very good. The front desk is very welcoming. The management staff are also very enthusiastic. The room is very soundproofed. I will come again in the future. There’s were no good communication whatsoever.
One desk operator told me I am able to extend my time there and it will just be added to my bill and the next person is threatening to call the cops after no prior notices saying I have to be out , telling me that ” Minneapolis police aren’t nice” as I am packing to leave. It could’ve been handled in a polite manner. Especially because we had no clue what was going on and they claim they called the room but the phone never worked for me in the first place. Toilet constantly running. Nothing but a mini fridge in the room. Just bad training and service.

Our room was absolutely perfect. The hotel featured nice art work, stylistic furniture and was overall, super cute!

Spent a lot of money on art, it looks like, but not the basics. Holes in the paint on the ceiling, the toilet seat was flaking, the towels were very rough and the pillows lumpy. Disappointed in the powdered creamer as well, but just because I was already irritated. It looks nice as long as you don't look too closely

It is a nice hotel located very near many food and beverage options and within easy walking distance of the Target Center. The parking, though not onsite, is very close and reasonable. If you're expecting a hot breakfast, this is not the place for it but that was made clear at the time we made the reservation and at check-in. It was more of a grab and go style which was well stocked and plenty of hot coffee was available. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
