Hotel Ivy, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Minneapolis

Ivy is the best hotel in Minneapolis. My wife and I come here often for staycations. The staff is superb. The spa is fantastic. The food is delicious. Their staff operates with such attention to detail and care for their customers. If you're looking for a luxury experience here in the city, this is the best hotel to go to. Highly recommend.

Terrific hotel, clean, comfortable and attractive with all the amenities you need plus some additional luxuries such as robes and slippers. We had a very nice view from our room. Patricia at the front desk was exceedingly welcoming and helpful. At check out I mentioned a very minor issue in the room and she awarded me extra points. Unnecessary though sincerely appreciated. The valets are friendly and efficient. The location is ideal, we were able to walk to the Walker Arts Center and Minneapolis Institute of Art (both excellent). Breva is an appealing space with good breakfasts. Our server the second morning was outstanding. Overall a great choice in Minneapolis.

We have stayed at Hotel Ivy numerous times over the years and I can say we have consistently had a wonderful experience each time. We have found the hotel staff to be attentive and professional. They do their best to answer questions and respond to requests. During our last stay hotel staff: Daniel, Kaysee, and Patricia went above and beyond to assure we had dinner reservations and that we were in rooms not far from our three sons. The staff appear to really love their work at Hotel Ivy as demonstrated by their commitment to their customers. Our room was beautiful and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel restaurant: Breva, Masa, & Agave was unique and had tasty small plate meals. We had an excellent breakfast at the Bar at Hotel Ivy. Overall, Hotel Ivy was a great experience as usual. We will continue to look forward to staying at Hotel Ivy during our visits to Minneapolis.

The bed was awful! Super hard, not what we expected with what we paid for. Masa and Agave was excellent! The breakfast was really good and staff were all wonderful. Nice place but it’s aged and shows. The bench in our room was broken, stuff on the ceilings, paint touch ups were done horribly, the furniture was all aged and stained, bedding was torn. I don’t think we would have minded all the tedious stuff if the bed was comfortable, it really set us off.

All was good, but there was no coffee or coffee maker in the room. I would get out dizzy every day.

The staff did an excellent job of giving extra attention to a celebration weekend. They made our stay with them extra special. Only positive Comments!! Room was perfect. Location is great. We were in a room that had a recent refresh. New carpet and wallpaper really brightened things up!

Absolutely the most amazing experience. From the moment we checked in they made sure you felt personally welcomed. Kaysee was so helpful with local sushi recommendations. Linens, robes, room, everything was 10/10. Perfect for a relaxing get-a-way weekend. Anda spa was absolutely amazing as well. We will definitely be back. Worth every penny!

For rating and price, I expected more from the property. There wasn’t a great seating area in the lobby. We had spa appointments and was very disappointed in the cleanliness of that area and my massage.
