The environment of the hotel is good, the service staff is super enthusiastic (it is not ruled out that it is because of the membership), the room is quite big, and there is a super large circular balcony, but it is too cold. The disadvantage is that the laundry service is not 24 hours a day, and it is overtime when you go to the company during the day and arrive at the hotel at night. And the hotel restaurant is so-so, but it doesn't affect it. Minsk is relatively small, so it's more convenient to go out to eat

Great thanks to the hotel staff. I stayed at this hotel when I participated in the form of social entrepreneurs. And only one night. ⠀ So it turned out that 😒 left the children's wallet, and I didn't have the opportunity to return to Minsk in the near future. ⠀ 👍 And the staff of the hotel already in a day!!!!!!! sent me my loss by a letter!!! . My daughter, who owned this toy purse, was very happy.not very nice that you showed such care and attention. Because on the side it is a small thing, but for my daughter it was very important. ⠀ 🙏 Thank you again for the hospitality, kindness and attention you have shown. ⠀ I will be happy to stay with you if I travel to Minsk. ⠀ Thank you and wish you success. Hotel is little bit far away then Minsk centre. But with 5 mins by walk is possible to reach metro station. Good price, good care, reliable stuffs, safe place liked to be here and it is recommended. Only one thing that i think about as negatively restaurant price is expensive.

Location is very strategic , near with some of recreational objects. You can buy groceries at supermarket around there, there's many good restaurant with affordable prices, and you can change your money to Rubel in the money changer at supermarket. The rate is good. The room of apartment is good enough for 3 ppl. More than that will be cramped. The bath room is so clean, hot and cold water is good , and the washing machine works properly. The owner provides us transfer service to and from airport, with a good tariff. And the driver is so kind. Maybe the only one minus poin, is no elevator to go to 5th floor 😄. But fortunately we were helped by the driver to bring up our luggage.

It was a truly beautiful and modern and well equipped place.. everything went well.. I do however feel like myself and my partner has gotten itchy skin at sleeping.. don’t know why because all the linens were clean.. maybe the bed needs treatment.. it is a comfortable place and bed. I only have a photo of the door.. but it’s on my other phone and will update.
