"I really loved this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping is daily, with all toiletries replaced and drinks replenished. The beds are very comfortable, making you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly polite and attentive – the best, I'd say! Upon arrival, they provided a very convenient parking spot for our car. They also helped with luggage delivery to the room and back to the car at check-out. I really liked the hotel's location (a green area with clean air). The spa and pool were love at first sight. Very clean, with warm, barely chlorinated water. There's a very convenient exit from the pool to the outside, where you can relax on sun loungers. The lobby bar and lounge area are very comfortable and appealing, with delicious desserts, drinks, and food. Whenever we come to Minsk, we only stay at this hotel! We believe it's the best in Belarus! Highly recommend! 🫶"

"Expectations were high thanks to the attractive photos posted on the hotel's website. However, the reality was shocking. For around 15,000 rubles, the hotel offers amenities that would likely cost no more than 3,000. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired—dirt, dust, and even spiders are everywhere in the room. The bathroom's sanitary condition is also puzzling. A separate issue is the bed, so uncomfortable that I had to add a blanket just to sleep comfortably. Access to the water park, included in the price of the stay, deserves special mention. It appears it hasn't been updated in a while; it feels like it was renovated at least twenty years ago. Traces of mold and dirt are visible everywhere, creating an unpleasant feeling of unsanitary conditions. The overall level of comfort and hygiene completely disproportionate to the price paid for such a dubious pleasure."

"The room lighting was uncomfortable, the environment wasn't great, and the lighting was dim. There was a restaurant right next door after I checked in, and it was still open at 9 pm, with people singing loudly as if they were queuing. I went there to rest, but there was no quiet environment, so I left immediately."
