Cheap, affordable and easy to live in. The room is large. You need to bring your own room slippers and everything else is provided. The location is okay, half an hour's bus ride to the city center, but it's definitely not that central. There is a large supermarket next to it, as well as many fast food restaurants. Great value for money!
ps. There is a small canteen run by Vietnamese next to it, and the price is relatively cheap.
