Hotel Polonez

In autumn, before turning on the heating, the room was a bit cold without air conditioning. The lights are voice-activated and must be turned off manually, otherwise they will come on even when you turn over. I didn't sleep all night and the next day I saw the operating instructions in small letters under the lamp. The location is good, right next to the Opera House, and there is a decent Chinese restaurant downstairs. I ordered three dishes by myself in one go, and they were all good reviews.

I thank the hotel cleaning lady who gave me activated charcoal when I was poisoned. It helped me a lot. Everything in the room is excellent - nothing to complain about. The only thing I didn’t like was that the drinks in the refrigerator were paid for, and I only found out at the reception! I firmly believe that everything edible that is in the room should be included in the price. Moreover, the cost of the room is almost 6000 rubles per day

Excellent breakfasts. Very clean and new room. The service staff is very polite and attentive. There were only breakfasts, but there was enough until lunch. Everything is always fresh and tasty. I would like to come back again 😚 Thank you)

When visiting hotels in different cities, both in Russia and abroad, in addition to purely household amenities, we always note the attitude of the staff towards guests. And if it is at its best, you are sincerely welcome, ready to resolve all the issues that arise, then we are ready to forgive some everyday mistakes. If the attitude is expressed by the phrase “We’ve come in large numbers here...”. then the overall impression sharply goes negative. I can only confirm previous reviews: the staff was always pleasant to communicate with. Although, to be honest, there were no questions. The food was quite satisfactory, as was the accommodation. Very convenient location, central but quiet area. The starting points of excursions, either the historical center or the Belarus Hotel, can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Nearby is the Gourmet cafe, where we sometimes had lunch and dinner. I highly recommend visiting. If you look for disadvantages, I can note the shabby soft covering on the floor in the room (well, I don’t like soft coverings), and the creaking of the furniture doors. This is if we're really being picky. But overall the hotel is very decent.

An excellent combination of quality and price; other hotels of the same level were significantly more expensive, but I chose the Polonaise and have never regretted it. A wonderful cozy boutique hotel, very conveniently located close to the cultural center of Minsk on a quiet street next to the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus, opposite the park, near the Trinity Compound, the Svisloch River, Nemiga Street, the Cathedral, a pedestrian street with various cafes. The room is clean, comfortable and beautiful, designer furniture, very comfortable bed, generous and delicious breakfast. The impressions are the most pleasant. Definitely recommend!

Everything is fine! The staff is friendly. The girls at the reception are wonderful, sweet and highly professional. The floor concierges are all professional! Breakfast is wonderful. Both porridge and omelettes are haute cuisine. My son became a fan of the hotel's pancakes. The location is unbeatable! Quiet, everything is nearby.

Great hotel. Location in the quiet city center. Cozy, bright and clean rooms. There is everything you need. Comfortable pillows and mattress. Good breakfast and the restaurant itself, where you can eat a la carte at any time until 23:00. Or order food to your room. The hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly and professional. I often stay in hotels and hotels and am quite picky. Everything is perfect here. And a full set of towels, bathrobe, slippers, gels and shampoo. Drinking water. Everything is whole and clean. Dishes without chips or cracks. Everywhere is cleaned to shine. Only pleasant impressions. Thanks a lot!!!

I would like to express my gratitude to the administration and staff of the Polonaise Hotel in Minsk for a very warm welcome. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, July 10 and 11, 2022, in single room 35. I came to Minsk for the first time, and the Polonaise Hotel is, without a doubt, a decoration of this beautiful city. The hotel is located behind the Opera and Ballet Theater and a 10-minute walk from the Nemiga metro station. The room is bright, in my favorite colors, the furniture is in the style of home, very clean, no foreign odors, pleasant carpet, the softest pillows, comfortable plumbing, enough towels. Decorative elements of room items give a feeling of luxury and sophistication and create an atmosphere of comfort. The room is small, but it has everything you need, even a large desk) There is a mini-fridge, a bottle of water was added to the table every day. The staff at the reception are very pleasant, upon check-in we were met by Karina, who answered all the questions we had, the girls helped us navigate the area, explained how to get there, and also gave us a map of the city where there were excursion offers. Thanks to this, and despite the not very good weather that prevailed during the week, we were able to take a tour on a red bus around the city and see the castles of Mir and Nesvizh. Special thanks to the restaurant/bar staff and their manager Lyudmila. The breakfasts are very tasty, varied and filling, I didn’t feel like eating until the evening) At breakfast, in addition to the buffet, you could ask for an omelet, a sandwich, pancakes, cheesecakes, and not to choose from, but you can have both) the same applies to drinks for breakfast. I would like to note the professional presentation of the dishes, as in a very good restaurant, thank you :) I will definitely try to return to Minsk someday and visit this wonderful hotel again. I wish you with all my heart, well-being and prosperity;)

The location of the hotel allows you to walk around the very center! Opposite from the windows you can see the People's Opera and Ballet Theater, cross the road and you are there! Great restaurant and cuisine! I advise everyone! 🙏🌞
