No AC working in a five star hotel and was told to open windows!!! ***!! Mini bar empty and refuse to give water bottle on request..

We were in this hotel not the first time and as always everything was on the top. Beautiful spacious room, large bathroom, large swimming pool with panoramic windows overlooking the park, sauna and jacuzzi.

In a very beautiful green part of Minsk center. And very beautiful facilities with china concept. Massage was really good. When I visit Minsk again will be there with pleasure.

The first time we were so impressed by the hotel.
The hotel is gigantic. Breakfast is delicious, large selection. Very nice staff works in the restaurant. The bed in the room is wonderful. I usually don’t sleep well when I travel, but we slept like the dead. Very very clean and everything was thought out, right down to the toothbrushes and toothpaste. The spa area is also very clean, bright and warm. We will definitely come back!🤍

The environment is good and the room is big enough. The breakfast in the hotel was over budget and I couldn't eat it. But the Chinese restaurant on the first floor is really delicious and the most important thing is it's not expensive. I will stay here again next time.

Super hotel! The architecture is very beautiful, the rooms are huge, you can just live here, you don’t want to get out of bed! The lobby is amazing, as if we were somewhere in Asia!))
