Great thanks to the hotel staff. I stayed at this hotel when I participated in the form of social entrepreneurs. And only one night. ⠀ So it turned out that 😒 left the children's wallet, and I didn't have the opportunity to return to Minsk in the near future. ⠀ 👍 And the staff of the hotel already in a day!!!!!!! sent me my loss by a letter!!! . My daughter, who owned this toy purse, was very happy.not very nice that you showed such care and attention. Location is very strategic , near with some of recreational objects. You can buy groceries at supermarket around there, there's many good restaurant with affordable prices, and you can change your money to Rubel in the money changer at supermarket. The rate is good. The room of apartment is good enough for 3 ppl. More than that will be cramped. The bath room is so clean, hot and cold water is good , and the washing machine works properly. The owner provides us transfer service to and from airport, with a good tariff. And the driver is so kind. Maybe the only one minus poin, is no elevator to go to 5th floor 😄. But fortunately we were helped by the driver to bring up our luggage.

Breakfast is basically negligible, the room is not bad

The hotel is nice and the room was perfectly clean on both occasions I was there. The staff was fine. The bar was small but had a nice selection of beverages. The location is nice, there are several restaurants and other places nearby. Overall, a good experience.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? Bed and pillows are comfortable, the sauna is modern, sleep quietly even with open window (street is not central), slippers, coat. Candey is not boring. Clean. But here's the closet - neither embedded nor normal - in the room. Hey-God! Only the hanger at the entrance and three shoulders on it roll. Everything (see appended photo). Here we did not expect ... (We then explained that the building was originally built not under the hotel, that before that here the luxury-priton was with ”massage offices,” and then the authorities closed it and forced to reprofile. ) There is a parking your own protected, under the slagbaum. Free, by the way. The weak place they have is breakfast, of course. All the dishes that are thought to be hot (cash, sausages, eggs, omlet, etc.) in fact - how would it be elegant to express? ”cool. And it's even though underneath them all candles stand. And the point is a little. On the first day we came an hour before breakfast time, so they had cheese out. (”Everything ate,” as explained to us. ) And tea cups too (have they eaten too?). And on the second day there was totally no black tea. At the same time, it was in our room. БОЛЬШЕ СЮДА НИ НОГОЙ! Проживала в отеле неделю. Единственный плюс данного заведения - действительно просторные номера с хорошим видом. На этом положительное заканчивается. Самое главное -отвратительный сервис- вот просто хуже некуда!Начиная с рецепшн, заканчивая администраторами спа.Везде отношение хамское, на все просьбы реагируют агрессивно, просто дно! Кавролин в номере грязный с пятнами, не пылесосили в номере ни разу, хотя я неоднократно обращалась с этой просьбой, воду то ставили, то нет, ни ручки, ни блокнота, ни штопора в номере вы не найдёте. Халат, тапки , зубные принадлежности тоже только по запросу. Завтраки скуднейшие. Диагноз - ДИКИЙ СОВОК. Пока вы не проведете беседы с персоналом и должным образом их не подготовите к работе с клиентами, никакой шикарный вид вам не поможет.

It was a truly beautiful and modern and well equipped place.. everything went well.. I do however feel like myself and my partner has gotten itchy skin at sleeping.. don’t know why because all the linens were clean.. maybe the bed needs treatment.. it is a comfortable place and bed. I only have a photo of the door.. but it’s on my other phone and will update.

Rest at the hotel in August 2023, chose at the location, wanted to live in the center. Not mistaken - the location of the hotel is excellent, beautiful street, a lot of cafes and bars, close to the metro. The hotel itself is just magnificent: high ceilings, stylish interior, lots of colors, art of objects. polite staff - and administrators and maids. Always kind, smiley, attentive, immediately at our request, changed the room, offered a late departure. We lived in family neighbouring rooms 208 and 209. The best impression from the room is : cosy, perfectly clean, quiet, comfortable beds, snowy lingerie, aroma cosmetics in the shower. In the evenings, the compliment is given: chocolate of the author's work with good wishes. Beautiful and diverse breakfasts are served on the terrace. Thank you for your care, prosperity for your hotel! I definitely want to go back to such a hotel.
