Hotels Near National Center for Contemporary Arts in Minsk

Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

The first time we were so impressed by the hotel. The hotel is gigantic. Breakfast is delicious, large selection. Very nice staff works in the restaurant. The bed in the room is wonderful. I usually don’t sleep well when I travel, but we slept like the dead. Very very clean and everything was thought out, right down to the toothbrushes and toothpaste. The spa area is also very clean, bright and warm. We will definitely come back!🤍

I enjoyed my stay, and it was great that you have a mini bar in the room and I just had to pay for the drinks that I only drunk. Very clean room and everything was clean and well organized.😊

The hotel is nice and the room was perfectly clean on both occasions I was there. The staff was fine. The bar was small but had a nice selection of beverages. The location is nice, there are several restaurants and other places nearby. Overall, a good experience.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? Bed and pillows are comfortable, the sauna is modern, sleep quietly even with open window (street is not central), slippers, coat. Candey is not boring. Clean. But here's the closet - neither embedded nor normal - in the room. Hey-God! Only the hanger at the entrance and three shoulders on it roll. Everything (see appended photo). Here we did not expect ... (We then explained that the building was originally built not under the hotel, that before that here the luxury-priton was with ”massage offices,” and then the authorities closed it and forced to reprofile. ) There is a parking your own protected, under the slagbaum. Free, by the way. The weak place they have is breakfast, of course. All the dishes that are thought to be hot (cash, sausages, eggs, omlet, etc.) in fact - how would it be elegant to express? ”cool. The city starts with the hotel Unfortunately , we were unlucky , the service at the hotel level minus 1. Settled on January 05 , 1. The booking indicated a baby bed , it was not in the settlement , we reminded it several times and after 5 hours it was only brought . Not even apologized 2. The spa can only be reached with towels and necklaces from the room . So here are the towels and the coats we waited for more than an hour , called on the respiratory twice . They did not wait , went to the recipe for the dresses and towels When I asked the senior manager or manager to communicate on the service provided , the recipe specialist Elizabeth called someone and replied 'no one will be till Monday' Those from Friday to Monday in the hotel are no senior / manager and ask someone questions simply impossible and yes , at my request to communicate on the phone I also refused 3. The hotel did not work in the restaurant 05.01 and 06.01 before lunch , eat nowhere inside hotel 4 In the hotel on the last 16th floor the banquet hall . On Friday was a corporation and on the 14th floor it was impossible to sleep , the feeling that you dance in your room . The staff was called to the Respeshen , but the situation has not changed . For the price it is really good. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, with more than enough clothes and stuff storage options. I didn't like the breakfast thougg (served at the cafe next door at extra charge). The area is not in the downtown but easy to commute.

Stayed here for nearly one week. It’s a quite new and modern hotel. The luxury rooms were big and spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and sauna. This hotel has some challenges with coordination of their airport taxi service. I feel the hotel staff can improve in this area, and therefore I give it only 4 stars. For example, I pre-ordered airport pickup from the hotel. When I arrived, no taxi was there and I called the hotel to ask where my taxi was. To be honest, the hotel was perceived as quite uninterested to help. Eventually the hotel gave me the taxis registration number and told me to go out on the parking space and search for it myself!! I felt that was quite rude and unprofessional. Besides, I have never experienced that a traveler is expected to leave the airport and search for the taxi on the parking space. Turned out that the taxi was late and wasn’t even at the airport by that time.

Прекрасный отель! Приветливый персонал, все чисто и аккуратно. В номере есть все необходимое, а постель комфортная. В номере автоматически включается заставка с камином на телевизоре - создает приятную атмосферу. Мы очень вкусно поужинали в ресторане. Также брали завтрак (шведский стол) - в ассортименте есть все необходимое. Отель однозначно рекомендуем!

Отель уже подуставший и с советским вайбом, скажем так :) Это касается и ремонта/ мебели/общей обстановки в холлах, и ресторана, и общего туалета на первом этаже. В общем всех общественных зон. Но номер у меня был, между прочим, более современный и приятный (хотя это был обычный стандарт), в нем находиться было комфортно. Мебель была относительно новой, матрас был мягкий, ремонт светлый и приятный, сантехника вся новая. Но из минусов: очень не хватало простыни на резинке! Каждое утро я просыпалась со слезшей простынью, спав к утру просто на наматраснике. Это неприятно, когда ты спишь не дома в своей кровати, а в отеле, не зная судьбу этого наматрасника. Сомневаюсь, что их стирают и меняют после каждого гостя! Второй минус: неудобно и странно расположены розетки, рядом с кроватью и прикроватной тумбочкой не было ни одной. В остальном все отлично: выдают тапочки, гель для душа и шампунь; разумеется есть мыло и фен, полотенец хватает; кулер есть на этаже. Везде чисто, хорошо убираются. Можно бесплатно оставить чемодан до/после выезда и даже бесплатно его взвесить. Охранники и администраторы были вежливые. Самый главный плюс - расположение, прямо у выхода из отеля находится вход в метро/остановка общественного транспорта. До центра очень быстро доезжаешь. Завтрак в ресторане при отеле можно добавить за 22 рубля/сутки. Там будет шведский стол с большим выбором еды, но опять же с ремонтом и запахами, как в советской столовой, так что смотрите сами, советую разок сходить оценить, а дальше уже решать, сразу за все дни проживания советую не платить :) Со слышимостью, как почти везде и во всех отелях, также проблемы. Довольно сильно слышно людей в коридоре и за стенкой. Но повторюсь, я по-моему вообще ни разу не была в таком отеле, где был бы решен этот вопрос. Отель многоэтажный, но лифты новые и комфортные, это не проблема. Ни разу не было такого, чтобы я стояла и ждала лифт долгое время или ехала бы в давке с другими постояльцами. В целом отель рекомендую, меньше 4 баллов рука поставить не поднимается. Но Туристу явно нужна реновация, на дворе уже 2023 год, но все общие зоны застряли в 1973.
