I booked this hotel for 5 nights because of good mark on ******* And I was expected to see the hotel with the restaurant, with spa, with 24/7 front desk And with included breakfast, because I paid for that. In real: We came and no one was waiting for us! Then cleaning lady found manager he told “you should to come tomorrow 24 October”… BUT ITS ALREADY WAS 24 OCTOBER. After he checked what’s the day is today he apologizes and gave room for us. What you can expect in room: 1 bottle of water and 1 towel per person. AND THAT’S ALL!!!!! One good thing A/C worked. Cleanest of the room was for 3 points from 5, because a lot of dead bugs I saw on floor and even on my bed. But mostly disgusting things that I ever saw in hotel— it’s the pillow condition! I was hoping that for next day they will clean it all. BUT 3 days room was without any cleaning, they didn't even throw out the trash!!! About breakfasts (which was prepaid) — I will process what the manager said “If you want, you can give me cash and I’ll order delivery for you, because our restaurant doesn’t work”. About SPA: it’s doesn’t exist in this hotel, as does the restaurant. AT THE 3rd DAY IN THIS NIGH**ARE, I UNDERSTOOD THAT NOTHING TO WAIT HERE (I mean they don’t do earlier check out with the refund for not used nights), I was checking out without anything…. P.S. all this 3 days I tried to contact with *******, to solve this problem. But answer from ******* was: we can’t help because hotel don’t answer. Every day they saying the head manager don’t work today, call tomorrow. I’m totally DONT RECOMMEND this place for anyone!!!! Don’t believe for good reviews as I did. That was my mistake!!!
