Very close to the observation deck, accommodation environment is average, facilities are old, but clean, not worth the price

Nice property, good location. Staff very courteous & helpful. Food tasty, though little spicy. Good greenery, garden & pool. Spacious & comfortable rooms, but need more focus on cleaning & upkeep. Mr Piyush Joshi very helpful & went out of his way to organise our safaris at short notice and ensure we have a Pleasant comfortable stay overall.

Serenity Resort is a decent hotel with very good service and cooperative staff. Good thing about the property is, its in close visinity of the important gates of Jim Corbet National Park. Property is big with lot of open space. Food is good with a very good spread for Breakfast and Dinner. Staff is really cooperative and on their toes. Only one downside is, The rooms or the Toilets need renovation. Very good service by Mr Deepak Sr the service manager. Smiling welcome desk with Mr Bisht happy to address the problems. Overall a good place to stay.

Do not be fooled by the pictures of this hotel. It's a very average hotel & extremely overpriced. The hotel doesn't provide housekeeping everyday, provided soap in a very tiny local refilling bottle, didn't provide any shampoo or other amenities. The fridge in the room was very old and only ran on one temperature which froze everything we kept in the fridge. The hotel only has a very overpriced Chinese restaurant on site, no room service available. This hotel needs a lot of maintenance and uplift as it's not worth the price. There are many small hotels around and much cheaper than this hotel. The location of this hotel is the only positive of this place.

Apart from location, this entire place is awesome. Large landscaping, beautiful views, nicely maintained and the entire staff is so courteous that hospitality industry can take cues from this team. Quality of food is an icing on cake and the staff constantly craves for doing their best. Overall very satisfying experience and highly recommend to anyone planning a visit to Jim Corbett....

This hotel has sea view rooms but is not directly on the beach- it is across the main road, but is still just about 50 metres from the beach. The rooms are simple, but elegant and very neat. They dont have any restaurant but the location is such that you have so many choices just outside the hotel. Overall, a very good hotel- maybe a bit overpriced.
