本次入住房型有單人房及雙人房，體驗差不多，就不另外分享。
位置：飯店距離車站步行5分鐘，步行環境寬敞且舒適。
價位：尚可接受。
總體：飯店較有年代感，服務人員親切，基本該有設施都有，房間空間非常大，但房內光源設計較昏暗。

非常棒的旅館，我們在五月十七日下午四點入住，一位櫃檯小姐非常關心我們的停車，走到了停車場來為我們引路以及挺好車輛，她是一位優秀的人員，我們來慶祝33週年結婚紀念日，她熱心的為我們拍照，如果酒店看到我的留言請給與她獎勵。房間很舒適，早餐很棒，旁邊是櫻川可以散步，車站與商業區就在前方，逛街很方便，以後再回水戶，一定入住總統飯店。

我們是自駕前往，飯店停車方便，連續住兩晚，停車費用僅收¥500（24H自由出入），環境舒適，房間空間大，我的行李29、24、20尺寸，全開是沒問題哦！飯店後門出入還有一排販賣機，服務人員親切有禮，對面有超商7-11，步行5分鐘可到JR水戶駅及商城。下次會再造訪～

酒店距離水户站徒步10min內，吃飯之類很方便。樓下就有家711便利店。
checkin時間是下午14點，但提前到店後可以寄存。晚上辦理入住時，已經提前把行李送到了房間內，給人的體驗很好。
房間出人意料的寬敞。

位置不錯，出了水户站南出口五六百米就到了，房間算是很寬敞了，挺安靜的，不知道是不是隔音好的問題，早餐也挺豐富的，樓下對面就是便利店，唯一的不足是浴室裏竟然沒有排氣扇？但是房間裏有除濕機，這是什麼奇葩設計？

水戸でアーティストのライブがあったので宿泊させて頂きましたがなんといってもお風呂が足を伸ばせるほど大きくてトイレと一緒でも広いのがとても良かった！！喫煙の部屋でしたが匂いも気にならずでした、荷物を置くスペースがあればもっと良かったです！駅からはちょっと歩きますがコンビニも目の前にあって便利でした、朝食のご飯も美味しくて2杯も食べてしまいました😋

酒店在JR水户站南口外，直線距離大約有300多米，站在天橋上就能看到，很好找。大堂不大，快捷型商務酒店風格。服務、衞生都中規中矩。吃早餐在12樓，可以一覽周邊的景緻，品種也還算豐富。酒店大門的街道對面是一家7-11便利店，購物很方便。
在這裏住了兩天，唯一感到有些不好的是，酒店處於一條主幹道的十字路口，深夜裡多次被摩託車的轟鳴聲驚醒。第二天半夜還有一羣年輕人在便利店門口喧嘩了有半小時。所以如果想要安靜，就不要住臨街的房間。
