"The room was spacious, making it easy to open large suitcases. There's a big public bath and a laundry room, and breakfast was good. The room was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is right across from the station; you just take the pedestrian bridge down and you're there. If you have luggage, though, you'll need to take the elevator on the left side of the bridge down to street level, cross the zebra crossing, and then you're at the hotel. We visited in March when the plum blossoms were in full bloom. You can walk from the hotel through the station to Kairakuen Garden and then take the train back."

"Like other Dormy Inns, it features well-maintained guest rooms and baths. Yonaki Soba is also served in the evening. Regarding the baths, the open-air bath was very popular, and while the space was somewhat cramped compared to its popularity, I made good use of it during my stay. There is also a manga room and massage chairs on the bath floor. The location is about a 15-minute walk from Mito Station, so it is a bit far from Mito's tourist attractions such as Kairakuen Garden."

"The room isn't particularly large, but it's standard for a hotel in Japan. It's quite clean, and the service is decent. On the first floor, you can pick out various toiletries and there's a good selection of manga, which is a nice touch."

"We stayed here for one night as a couple on a trip. We had a car, but the hotel's parking was 1,000 yen/night, so we used the paid parking next door (500 yen/day). We had already paid for check-in on this website, so it only took 5 minutes to get our room key and go to our room. There were no non-smoking rooms available, so we stayed in a smoking room. The hallway smelled of cigarettes, so we thought the room would smell like cigarettes too, but it didn't, so that was good. There are 7-Eleven, Lawson, McDonald's, Watami, and Royal Host within walking distance of the hotel, so you won't have any trouble finding breakfast or dinner. We'll consider this as a candidate next time we go to Mito."

"The hotel is well located with the train station & shopping near by. It has only 1 restaurant. The hotel probably expect the guests to make use the abundant f & b in the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable but the furniture is abit old and loose fitting. The staff was friendly and helpful although their understand of English is quite low. Overall, I enjoyed my 4 nights stay and will probably use the same hotel if I am in the Mito ( Ibaraki) area."

"This hotel is just beside Mito train station. It's super convenient to get around the area whether by bus or train. There's also a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel room although is not very big but it's pretty comfortable for 2 of us, it is also clean and quiet."

"The hotel is high with ample parking space. Rooms are clean n bed comfortable. Only deviation is hotel serve English bf though sufficient but lack variety . For the past weeks of travel this is the only hotel we came across serving western bf only. .overall we are satisfied! Hotel supplies L'OCCITANE toiletries"

"Anyway, it was the cheapest hotel with the best value for money and a clean feeling. I read in a review that earplugs were provided at the front desk and that the noise from the surrounding rooms was a concern, but everyone was quiet that day so it didn't bother me at all and I don't understand why earplugs were provided."

"The hotel staff were very helpful and kind, and the room was spacious and comfortable! The only downsides were that the air conditioner was a bit loud and the advertising billboard outside the room was too brightly lit!"

"It's very new, only opening in November 2025. The twin room is a good size, but the latest Daikin air conditioner keeps making a motor-like noise. I observed it for a long time before realizing it was something like a smart eye moving around. I didn't sleep a wink all night!"
