10年位利用してます 朝食の味は落ちましたね 前は結構気に入ってましたが 並以下だと思います
大浴場が気に入っていますが ドライヤーの吹き出しにホコリが多く溜まっているのは相変わらずの事で指摘しましたが改善されていません
風呂のお湯の温度風邪ひく位ぬるい フロントに電話すると温度は変えられないとの事 数日後5度くらい上がってましたが何故か？
行き場たり対応のばかり目についてしまいます もう他のホテルにするつもりです

宮古島空港からバスで20分240円北小前バス停から1分
ただしバスは17時台で終わります。タクシーだと1500円
部屋には洗濯機、冷凍庫付き冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、ビジネスや長期滞在にも向きます。
最上階に大？浴場もあります。
新しく綺麗でスタッフも親切です。
周辺は飲食店多数、コンビニもあるので便利でオススメのホテルです。

立地がよく、飲食店街が近くてよかった。朝食バイキングも美味しかった。清潔感はあるがエアコンが古いらしく効かない。部屋の変更をしてくれたが、中学生の団体客が宿泊している階でにぎやかだった。大浴場があるが中学生のマナー違反があったりして、期待した快適さは半減した。これはタイミングの問題だけど、どんな状況でも変わらず満足出来ればいいなと思った。スタッフさんはとても誠意のある対応で親切だった。総合的に考えるとまた利用したいと思うホテル。

大浴場があるとのことで宿泊を決めましたが、改装中との事で使えませんでした。 しかしながら、部屋には大浴場の使い方みたいなパンフレットがデスクの上に置いてあり、改装中ならその期間中は置かなければいいのにと思いました（1枚のパウチされた紙で置いてあるだけ）。 ベッドは硬め、枕はなんだろう？表裏で硬いのと柔らかい仕様、私にはどちらも寝にくかった。 スリッパは使い捨てでないやつだったので使用しなかった。 Wifiがかなり微弱で速度も遅く切れ気味。 3日目にフロントに言ったらルーターを貸してもらえましたが、それならそうとどこかに案内されてればいいのに（部屋であらかじめわかりそうなもの）。 狭い部屋に不釣り合いな大きな冷蔵庫があり、音がかなりうるさく眠れず、コンセトを抜いた（小さいものなら中にスイッチがあるけど、大きいからかそんなものなかった）。 洗濯機も部屋についていたが、ふたを開けるとかび臭かった。 閉めっぱなしもよくないと思うので、ふたは開けっぱなしでもいいと思う。 朝食は郷土料理もあるが、7時のオープン時に行くと2日とも既にほぼ満席だった。 4人掛け、6人掛けのテーブルでもお一人様利用も多く、コロナ禍でもあるし、仕切り板でも置いてもっと座れるようにすればいいのに。 バイキングで味は普通、品数はそれなりだったが、盛ってある皿が小さめなのかすぐになくなる。 サラダは2日とも同じだった。 トースターは2台は欲しい。 立地は繁華街に近く、コンビニも近いので夕飯にも困らない。 1日の夕飯はあいにくの雨だったので朝バイキング会場である居酒屋さんに行けたので助かった。

ダイビングをするので、部屋に洗濯機があり乾燥機能もついてるのが良かったです。ただ乾燥には5時間ぐらいかかります。
繁華街も近いのでよかったです。
朝食のバイキングもおいしかったです。

最上階に有ります大浴場ですが、今回5泊しましたがその間一度もお湯が変えられた形跡がありませんでした。 洗い場等は、簡単に清掃されていたのかも知れませんが浴槽に関しては清掃されていません。 浴槽湯船の水面の辺りのタイルに垢などの汚れが付いていて、触るとザラザラでコスると取れる汚れが有りお湯の表面には古い角質（垢？）や人毛が浮いていました。 沖縄地方は、浴槽の無いマンションやお家が多く湯船に浸かる習慣があまり無いので…と言えばそれまでですが、浴槽のお湯や汚れ衛生に関してはしっかりして欲しいです。 その他に関してはとても良かったのに、残念でした。

宮古島はバスの便数がとても少ないうえに、飛行機とは無関係に運行している。このホテルもアクセスは良さそうだが、バスを使うと１時間くらいは待つことになる。ホテルも久しぶりに多くの客が来たためか、段取りが悪い。このホテルに限らず、団体がいるから朝食の時間を遅くして下さいという。個人客の方が収益も高いのだから逆だろうと思う。部屋はツインのシングルユーズだったので、広くて快適だった。洗濯機、電子レンジ、大きいサイズの冷蔵庫があり、長期間の滞在には良いと思う。フロントは２階で、１階の駐車場からのエレベーターがあったが、入口に何の表示もなく、重いスーツケースを階段で持ち上げた。ちょっと不親切かもね。

部屋は清潔、洗濯乾燥機と大きめの冷蔵庫があってとても助かります。
最上階には大浴場もあってリラックスできました。
街中にあるので食事や、買い物にも便利でした。
駐車場も広いので車も停めやすかったです。
コスパが最高ですね。
