初めての宮古島旅行でしたが、スタッフの方々の対応が良く、満足過ごせました。部屋の中は広々としていて、ストレスは全くありませんでしたが、立地上、虫はベランダ等からよくみられました。

案内された部屋の外には、た**びえる木が正面に有り、せっかくのロケーションが台無しでした。満室ならともかく、配慮が足りないホテルでした。朝食も大変混み合い、あらかじめ席とりの客が多くマナーに欠けている人が沢山おられました。日本人もマナーの無い方たくさんおられる。部屋の掃除がecoなのは、分かるが指定日くらい掃除して欲しい。滞在中一回しか無いのに。

最高でした。家族でゆっくり過ごすことができ、子ども達も妻も素晴らしく満足できていました。スタッフの対応はあともう一歩という点もありますが、基本的には気持ちよく毎日過ごすことができました。
