The front desk staff are not particularly friendly either, their smiles are fake and insincere. I arrived at 12:30 and wanted to put down my luggage and was told that I couldn't. I had to come after 3 o'clock. I saw a Japanese tourist bus that had just arrived. The waiter was obviously very polite. Well, maybe I really don’t like tourists that much.
There was originally a female staff member who checked in, but she didn't know English or didn't want to help with registration. Without explaining, she was replaced by another male staff member who didn't understand English very well. He was polite!
