リゾート地にあるロケーションでシャトルバスや個人送迎などもしてくださり、屋外のプールもジャグジーも最高でフロントの対応や朝食も良かったのですが、部屋で過ごしてるときにベッドにアリンコが3匹ほどいたり、洗面台には7.8匹程の小蝿の死骸があったり、見たことない虫が床に歩いていたりなどして、とても苦手な自分にとっては驚きました。沖縄なので虫がわんさかいるのはわかりますが、お部屋で全力でくつろぐことは難しかったです。虫が気にならない人であれば全然大丈夫だと思います！

滿意的地方在於酒店是整個Shigira Resort的酒店之一，度假區裏面非常大，可玩兒的也多，各個酒店和索道、海灘直接有免費的突突車或者巴士相銜接，非常便利。酒店有免費接送宮古機場的大巴，接機不需要預訂，就在到達出口；送機需要在前台預訂。周圍有黃金温泉、索道等等設施，門口的海灣有海龜出沒，各色海上運動也很多。我們報名了槳板和自由潛水tour。房間本身，有洗衣機，這點非常重要。每天下水幾次，濕衣服快洗就好。還自帶廚房、大冰箱、烤箱、咖啡機。空調很給力。
缺點：這個家庭房在Habor Wing，設施老舊日，地板還起包，打掃雖然及時，但發現了蟑螂。卧具不是很舒服。

老實講句是有點失望，看相片感覺應該是蠻新的，但沒想到海景樓是那麼的舊。
前檯職員也不是特別友好，假假的笑不真誠。12點半來到想放下行李被告知不可以，一定要3點後才能過來，見到有一旅遊車日本人剛到，服務生明顯禮貌很多。嗯，可能真的不是太喜歡遊客吧。
入住本來是一位女職員，但她不知道是不懂英語或不想幫助登記，沒交待就換了另一位也不是太懂英語的男職員，他是有禮貌的！
早餐嘛～ 不過不失。
就是這個價錢我有後悔住這裡，真的選錯了！

初めての宮古島旅行でしたが、スタッフの方々の対応が良く、満足過ごせました。部屋の中は広々としていて、ストレスは全くありませんでしたが、立地上、虫はベランダ等からよくみられました。

案内された部屋の外には、た**びえる木が正面に有り、せっかくのロケーションが台無しでした。満室ならともかく、配慮が足りないホテルでした。朝食も大変混み合い、あらかじめ席とりの客が多くマナーに欠けている人が沢山おられました。日本人もマナーの無い方たくさんおられる。部屋の掃除がecoなのは、分かるが指定日くらい掃除して欲しい。滞在中一回しか無いのに。
