Iraph Sui, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Miyako Okinawa

This was my second stay in 2020. I was able to fully enjoy Miyakojima in the off-season. Thank you to all the staff. One thing that bothered me was that the pescatore I ordered at the restaurant didn't taste like seafood stock at all, and it felt like seafood was on top of tomato pasta.

The scenery of the hotel is very good, the service and rooms are also very good, but the surrounding facilities are relatively poor, almost nothing. It is recommended to rent a car or charter a car, otherwise you can only soak in the hotel.

The staff always greeted me with a smile, and I am grateful for their consideration of various sudden requests. Thank you very much. I will definitely ask you again.

Accessories were missing before and after the room was cleaned... Judging from where they were left, I don't think they were accidentally lost during the cleaning process. If that's the case, it will be quite a sloppy cleanup. I was also responsible, and I didn't want to spread the bad feeling by telling my family, so I told the staff at the front desk that I had lost something in the guest room. I was shocked to hear that. I wonder if they don't store trash like luxury hotels do...I think it would be better for those who are planning to stay there to make use of the security box. Even if it's not expensive, it's still quite disappointing.

At a restaurant, I wanted a light meal in the early afternoon and requested to see the menu, but was told that they were offering a lunch course. When I got a new person in charge, I was told to order a drink first. I used a hotel car to take me to the airport on my way back. Mineral water bottles were scattered inside the car. When I said thank you to the driver when I got off, he raised his hand as if I were a friend. Furthermore, when I asked for his opinion on this series of events online, he replied with the wrong name. It was a disappointing response with no service or hospitality.

It was very good. I think it's great for workdays or with friends and family. Good points: Free flow of champagne, staff response, room facilities (you can soak in the bathtub and enjoy the atmosphere outside), nice view Bad points: There were no welcome fruits or chocolates (Maybe it depends on the rank of the room? ) There was only one turndown chocolate (I thought there were two and ate it by myself) There was no lotion emulsion cream cleansing washing set (I thought it was the style of requesting it, but I checked the system, but it wasn't listed. Points for improvement: Transportation to a nearby restaurant (because I drink alcohol, I can't go by car or bicycle), rental of snorkel sets, showering after check-out (outside is fine), making the food more salty. Everything about the structure is mind-blowing...I was overwhelmed by the villa-like appearance, which is incomparable to any presidential suite in any luxury hotel I've ever stayed in...2 nights... I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-day stay.Also, by the pool and in the garden, I saw hermit crabs, swallowtail butterflies, and colorful wild birds visiting...I was in a foreign country for a moment! ? Another great advantage is that you can access ``Toguchi no Hama'', a famous beautiful beach, within a 10-minute walk from the hotel. During our stay, all of us in Patna were very impressed by the meticulous care given to us by all the staff, including Mr. Kato MG, Mr. Yamazaki MG, and Mr. Kurihara SV. Another great advantage is that the location is within a 10-minute walk of ``Toguchi-no-hama'', which is famous for its beautiful powder sand beaches.
