The staff were polite, but there was too little verbal explanation, so I feel I would have enjoyed it more if they had given me a little more guidance on how to make the most of the service.

ハネムーンで宿泊しました。 ミラージュフロアのお部屋に宿泊したのですが、オーシャンビューでとても素晴らしいお部屋でした。 部屋にはハートを模した白鳥のタオルアートでお祝いも！ スタッフの方々はとても感じが良く、気持ち良い対応でした。 特筆すべきは私達がハネムーンだということが予約していたレストランにまでも共有されていたことです。 最後のデザートの時に思いがけず花火付きでお祝いをして頂き、大変感激しました！ ミラージュフロア特典のラウンジも、軽食のレベルが非常に高く、2日目の夕食のレストランの予約をキャンセルしてしまうほど。 蜃気楼での朝食の美味しさ、ディプティックのアメニティやバスローブの質など総合的に非常に満足のいく滞在となりました。 あえて要望を挙げるとすれば、ミラージュフロア専用カートがあれば嬉しかったですが、また絶対泊まりに行きたいホテルでした！

3泊のうち最後の1泊だけミラージュフロアに空きが出たので公式ＨＰから予約して利用しました。初めの2泊のデラックスルームで十分満足なのですが、クラブラウンジに凝っているので今回初めて利用しました。部屋は2名用ですが広いのでちょっと持て余すぐらいでした。ラウンジもたくさん食べ物がありすぎても夕食が入らなくなるのでまぁまぁいい感じだったと思います。夕食は3泊すべてリゾートでいただきましたが初めてのお店も美味しくて満足です。ザ・沖縄を感じたい方には不向きかもしれませんので、その場合はリゾート内夕食は屋台村あたりでしょうか。。。朝食はアラマンダやブリーズベイの和洋ブッフェを選ばれると沖縄感があってよいかなと思います。私個人的には蜃気楼やタートルベイがかなりお気に入りです。今回は泳がずシギラ温泉のみでしたので、次回は美味しいガーリックシュリンプのあるビーチにも行きたいです。また秋にも泊まりたいと思います。

お部屋もサービスもすばらしかったです。広々としたテラスで入るジャグジーは最高でした。お部屋もとても広くて白と青を基調としたとても素敵なお部屋でした。タオルでうさぎとハートを作ってくださっていてとてもかわいくて感動しました。 海が目の前でどこまでも続く水平線は今まで見たことがないほど美しかったです。 子供の卒業祝いと伝えていたらグラスワインサービス券をいただきました。朝食は洋食も和食もとてもおいしくてみんな大満足でした。ぜひまた泊まりたいです。

スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。 ただ、お部屋の清掃が行き届いてないように感じました。(ソファに髪の毛が数本とシミがついてました。チェックイン直後なので座ってないです) 1日目、3日目の朝食はシギラタートルベイでしましたがメニューが変わらずで少し残念に思いました。 HORIZONの鉄板焼きコースはとても美味しかったです。 季節的にプールは厳しいかなと諦めていましたが、温水プールで子供たちが楽しそうに遊んでてよかったです。大人は部屋からゆっくり眺めていられるので部屋の造りが素晴らしかったです。 総合的にみてまた訪れてみたいと思えるホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。

今回初めての宮古島へ結婚30周年旅行に行きました。豪華に評判の良いシギラミラージュプレジデントルームに宿泊しまた。 ホテル内の清潔さ、お部屋の素晴らしさ、従業員様の笑顔の対応、親切さ、 全てに於いて大満足の旅行になりました。お世話になり有難う御座いました。 又、宮古島に行く時はシギラリゾート内に宿泊したくなりました。 又、朝食ビッフェ、ディナーも施設内で 頂きどこも美味しく大満足しました。 宮古島へ行く方は間違い無くシギラリゾート内の宿泊をお勧め致します。 素晴らしいですよ！

2024年2月1日新築オープンのホテルシギラミラージュビーチフロントに宿泊しました。名前の通りシギラビーチが目の前で最高の立地です。シギラビーチから遥か東平安名崎にかけての海岸線と太平洋を一望できる部屋からの眺望に感激しました。家族4名で2ベッドルームの部屋に宿泊。ダイニングのテーブルや椅子、リビングソファーなど家具類は超高級品カッシーナで統一されてて、もう最高です。

とても素敵なリゾートでした！ 所々、工事をしてる箇所がありまだまだ開発途中のようです。 オフシーズンですが、黄金温泉でプールのように水遊びができ、子供達が喜んでいました。 シースカイ博愛もガイドさんがお魚についめわかりやすく説明してくれ楽しかったです。 曇っていても透明度は高く、綺麗でした。 カメの餌やりや、朝食のシャンパンはサイコーでした♡ 冬場で厚い雲に覆われていましたがリゾートを楽しめました！ 宮古のコーラルブルーはほとんど拝めなかったので 次回は4〜11月のお天気の良いシーズンにリベンジしたいと思います。
