新婚旅行で利用しました。当日、プール付きのお部屋に空きがあるとのことで無償でアップグレードしていただきました。オリエンタルな香りのする南国リゾート気分を味わえる素敵なお部屋でした！アメニティのバスソルトも大変良い香りで、バスタイムも満喫出来ました。リゾート内のレストランは人気のところは予約が埋まっていた為、気になるところがあれば事前に予約をしていくことをオススメします。フロントの方に空いているレストランを探してもらえ大変助かりました。鉄板焼きとても美味しかったです！

アラマンダスイートに宿泊。
いつも本島に滞在だが天気悪く急遽宮古島に変更。初の宮古島を満喫。
ホテルに関して言えば
残念の一言。
まず呼び出しも押さず、いきなり部屋に入ってきたスタッフ。もし風呂とか入っていたらどうしてたのか？そのまま何事もなかったかのように他の部屋の掃除に戻って行ったこともあり得ない。
モラルのかけらもない。
あとはベッドの固さ。これは固すぎるだろ。畳の上で寝かされてるような感覚。
今じゃビジネスホテルでもマットはフランスベッドとか、エアウィーブとか、工夫してるのに、一回スタッフも寝て感じた方が良い。
ということで、初の宮古島。ホテル以外は満喫。

該説是個不錯的休假點。推薦プールビララグーンスイート，雖然貴點。其他房型就不推薦啦，可能有螞蟻，壁虎之類的，。餐廳是很多，我們試了スターダストがーデン和南國の風、味道都不錯，價格也公道。就是餐廳不在一個地方、不能一目瞭然，不做好功課，去了不滿意，等下班車才能去另一個餐廳。當然，你租個小車，那沒問題。網上説服務不好，我倒沒覺得，大家都挺友好的。還有，每天早上930喂海龜，有孩子的，推薦！對了，如果去ラウンジ、推薦香檳

2泊3日でアラマンダに宿泊しました。 以前泊まった時は、朝食のレストランが 色々選べたのに今回は、アラマンダにある レストラン2件しか選択出来なかったので、少し残念でした。 他のサービスは、代わり無く大変満足でした。 のんびり出来て最高の時間を過ごすことが出来て楽しい旅行になりました。 次回宮古島に行く時も泊まりたいホテルです。

従業員の人数が足りない。。 忙しいのは分かりますが、従業員の一部の方を除き、ほとんどの方の対応が悪過ぎます。 リゾート内の説明もアプリでどうぞ的な。 このホテルのホスピタリティはいかがなものかと思いました。 お部屋のお掃除も最悪でした。 タートルベイのシーフードレストランも不味かったです。 マラルンガさんは美味しくいただきましたし、居心地良く丁寧に接して下さいました。 宮古島といえばシギラさんと思っていたのに、、。 ラグジュアリーで特別感を感じたくてこのホテルを予約したのですが、初日から嫌な気分満載でした。 宮古島へ来ても、シギラ系列に泊まる事は無いかと思いました。

先日、家族で滞在させていただきました。小さい子供もいて少し心配なこともありましたが、４泊とっても楽しく過ごせました。 特に良かったのはスタッフの皆さんすべての対応が良かったことです。とてもスピーディで心地よい対応ばかりでした。その中でも、ヴィラのフロントでトゥクトゥクの確認をしてもらっていたのに先に進んでしまったところ、わざわざ追いかけてくれて確認内容を伝えに来てくれました。スタッフの石田さんありがとうございました。 その他にも朝食も大満足。ブランチも子供たちはまた行きたいと言っていました。そして、ビーチとプールはとっても楽しめました。 あえて言えば、シャワーの温度調整が難しく子供では無理かなって思いました。また、屋台村は改装中と思いますが、お土産店の前の席は喫煙所からの匂いが気になりました。 全体として家族がとても楽しんでくれ、また来たいと言ってます。 また、ぜひ、お世話になりたいと思います。
