2泊3日でアラマンダに宿泊しました。 以前泊まった時は、朝食のレストランが 色々選べたのに今回は、アラマンダにある レストラン2件しか選択出来なかったので、少し残念でした。 他のサービスは、代わり無く大変満足でした。 のんびり出来て最高の時間を過ごすことが出来て楽しい旅行になりました。 次回宮古島に行く時も泊まりたいホテルです。

従業員の人数が足りない。。 忙しいのは分かりますが、従業員の一部の方を除き、ほとんどの方の対応が悪過ぎます。 リゾート内の説明もアプリでどうぞ的な。 このホテルのホスピタリティはいかがなものかと思いました。 お部屋のお掃除も最悪でした。 タートルベイのシーフードレストランも不味かったです。 マラルンガさんは美味しくいただきましたし、居心地良く丁寧に接して下さいました。 宮古島といえばシギラさんと思っていたのに、、。 ラグジュアリーで特別感を感じたくてこのホテルを予約したのですが、初日から嫌な気分満載でした。 宮古島へ来ても、シギラ系列に泊まる事は無いかと思いました。

先日、家族で滞在させていただきました。小さい子供もいて少し心配なこともありましたが、４泊とっても楽しく過ごせました。 特に良かったのはスタッフの皆さんすべての対応が良かったことです。とてもスピーディで心地よい対応ばかりでした。その中でも、ヴィラのフロントでトゥクトゥクの確認をしてもらっていたのに先に進んでしまったところ、わざわざ追いかけてくれて確認内容を伝えに来てくれました。スタッフの石田さんありがとうございました。 その他にも朝食も大満足。ブランチも子供たちはまた行きたいと言っていました。そして、ビーチとプールはとっても楽しめました。 あえて言えば、シャワーの温度調整が難しく子供では無理かなって思いました。また、屋台村は改装中と思いますが、お土産店の前の席は喫煙所からの匂いが気になりました。 全体として家族がとても楽しんでくれ、また来たいと言ってます。 また、ぜひ、お世話になりたいと思います。
