All of the staff members were very friendly and attentive. The lavender scent in the lobby is an excellent touch. I was in Modesto because my husband was in the hospital there for a very serious condition and the lavender was very soothing to me. Other reviews complain about freeway and train noise, I didn’t hear either. My only disappointment was with the breakfast. Although okay, it was small prepackaged options with the exception of cereal. It’s time to bring back eggs, waffle/pancake makers, toasters, etc. Importantly, I felt very safe there as a solo woman guest.

I was very impressed during my stay at La Quinta Salida, we were in town for a family emergency and the staff was caring and went above and beyond to ensure my other siblings coming from all parts of the country were able to stay close by. The rooms were clean and daily breakfast had good variety which was helpful to have one less thing to worry about during an already difficult time. Thank you La Quinta Salida!

This is my second stay at this hotel. Once again I'm very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the lobby and rooms. The room was spacious, and included a sitting area; there's a full length mirror; the bathroom has a feature which most expensive hotels don't even have: a night light so that you don't have to turn on some obnoxious glaring light in the middle of the night! THANK YOU! Also, the bathroom counter is high and has a lot of room for toiletries. Even though it's located right near the freeway, it was quiet. Staff were all very, very nice, from concierge to housekeeping. My only complaints: bathroom needs, and could accommodate, some more towel hooks/racks. Also, would be nice to have a freezer compartment in the fridge. Finally, my personal favorite and an indicator of quality to me: a handheld shower head. I look forward to staying here again.

I feel very good, it is a chain hotel, very clean, breakfast variety is not too much, but it is ok. I am Yosemite and went to San Francisco the next day. I feel that this location is very good and I share the distance. Air conditioning is as noisy as ever... America seems to have this problem in all hotels, not open at night

The staff at the Hampton are pleasant and professional. The second that we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and service upon arrival. The room was very clean and spacious. Each evening, you can hear such silence which allowed us to sleep peacefully throughout the night. The breakfast were fantastic each day! From oatmeal to waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, including biscuits and gravy, variety of juices, even pastries and more. We left the Hampton as VERY PLEASED CUSTOMERS!! I was able to relax in the quietness as I read books.

Hotel is well located next to motorway and close to many food and shopping places. Very modern reception area nice design and clean room and shower. As hotel is close to motorway owner used very cheap windows which are bit noisy but acceptable level. Breakfast is basic, but not surprise against different hotel chains. We would definitely come

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at the Springhill Suites. The reception staff are the best we have encountered during our 6 week road trip. Suite super clean and spacious with comfortable bed and quality linnens. We enjoyed relaxed breakfast. Had a fabulous Mexican meal at Damiens a few miniutes walk away. Thankyou for a great stay we highly recommend Springhill suites
JJIAYINGAt the check-in, I will send hot biscuits to eat. The children like it very much. The hardware facilities are also very good. It is suitable for coming out from Yosemite and staying in San Francisco. It is much cheaper than San Francisco hotels, and it is close to San Francisco. Day trip. Here, Yosemite, the online Raiders evaluation is very high, but if you have been to many scenic spots in China, I suggest not to come to Yosemite, there is no national park to watch, I arranged a day in the itinerary. It took a lot of time to do the Raiders, but when you come here, you will find that this is a place where people around the city have no place to go on weekends, and there is a place to play with children. You just go to a Xinjiang, Tibet, and kill it here.
GGuest UserThe towels were very rough and hard and made we want to use my own clothes to dry off. The parking lots were dirty, had trash and oil puddles all over them and the hotel is in a shady area right next to a train that kept me up all night and shook the room as it passed and honked. The walls are so thin I could hear my neighbor conversing very clearly and the people above me were stomping around upstairs. The water pressure in the shower is very poor and feels like a trickle down my back, I went through all the water settings and they didn't help at all.
IiNdOe SmOkEThis hotel is wonderful. They have breakfast that's so good, you won't have to spend any extra money to feed yourself and whoever you're with. The biscuits and gravy that they serve are to die for and eggs and sausage as well as pancake machine that makes these tiny little pancakes there are so good they also have 3 different kinds of cereal and a selection of juices as well as oatmeal and toast and muffins.
SSturdy MI booked a room today, Thursday, (for the upcoming weekend). I booked online on the Wyndham Website, put my credit card in and have a confirmation email. Now I booked a room with 2 beds, which is important to the rest of the story. Several hours later the property called and said they have no rooms with 2 beds available and would be cancelling my reservation. They offered nothing in return for the inconvenience including not offering to help with finding another hotel. They didn't offer a King with a roller bed or pullout couch. They didn't offer to help with finding another property nearby, even after I asked. When I asked if they were willing to help us in any way, the person who called said, ”I did my job. You will have to call Wyndham Customer Service.” I did. And it doesn't get any better. Wyndham Customer Service first had an issue figuring out the date of the reservation even though they pulled it up with the confirmation number. Their response to our reservation being cancelled by the property was to tell me that they would let the property manager or owner know. They already know. They are the ones who cancelled the reservation. Wyndham Customer Service said that I should hear from that property within the next week. Not clear how that helps with anything. They explained that each property is independently owned. They offered no help. Wyndham Customer Service told me I need to call reservations to find a new property. They didn't even offer to transfer me. When I asked why they have a central Customer Service phone number if they cannot help, they explained again that each property is individually owned and that they have a process they must follow. Wyndham's website has a big banner ”BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE” across the home screen. They did not instill any confidence with this experience. Wyndham needs a better process. The property cancelled my reservation without offering any help or compensation at all. Wyndham Customer Service offered no help or compensation at all. Not even 500 points or a drink coupon. Nothing. And to top it off Wyndham Customer Service hung up on me at the end when I said that their process is just that, their process. Their properties being owned independently is also their process. I'm not sure how I'm responsible for either of those things. If you are operating under a unified brand, you need to set and have some standards to keep that brand alive, not hide behind the processes you created to explain to customers why you cannot help them. Why would I ever book with this hotel or with any Wyndham property again?
AAburd88So I booked this after having car issues it was my 4th night straight in motel 6 but first niye in Modesto. Upon arriving it took 45 more min to get our room cleaned, in which time 3 homeless approached me one of them.physically picking up my dog (thank god she didn't bite her) and running saying im going to steal ur dog if u leave her alone??? *** then around 5 we were going to go get some food. We got it too go and came straight back around 545 when walking in homeless and drug deals going down in the gated ”customers only” parking lot that apparently motel 6 doesnt enforce and the gate was never locked. The homeless lady who wants to steal my dog and follow us around tells us ”to keep our asses in our rooms now” we shouldnt come out for the rest of the night? So we never even brought clothes in to change never were able to go get my asthma rescue inhaler or the games we were going to play, we just had to.lay here me fighting to breathe and listen to.the slamming doors all night of ppl going outside for 5 min then coming back in. Ppl yelling and sketchy stuff all night. Its 730 am.and I cant wait to b able to.lv my room and get my inhaler. Its like im paying to b a prisoner...im waiting for that lady to come knock on my door and tell me I can come out. I just can't wait to get out of here...its stressful driving a car with issues but staying at motel 6 was just as stressful if not worse that I reported this to motel 6 and nothing was done and I just paid motel 6 $75 to struggle breathing all night and b harassed by homeless people. On the up.note if ur a drug addict on a trip come here all of them in modesto.are in this motel 6 downtown. No need to withdrawal on a vacation just come here. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE ESPECIALLY IF U DRIVE A NICE CAR OR HV KIDS TO NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER STAY HERE. LIKE DONT EVEN CONSIDER IT. THIS.HOTEL IS.FOR.JUNKIES AND HOMELESS....DONT DO IT of course unless ur a junkie like i said then u will hv a great time here.
DDANThe service of the quality hotel is not bad. Although it is a domestic standard, the hotels in the United States are basically clean and the service is very enthusiastic. However, the facilities of this hotel are relatively old, and the feeling of blocking the water and the water is very common. It took three rooms to change to a fairly satisfactory room.
