Very far from from the city center which is in the mountain. The breakfast is the worst in Italy as they couldn’t even provide milk!

Terrible stay. We couldn't sleep because of loud music and noise coming from downstairs with children shouting. Early morning the staff were moving the chairs and tables, which we could listen very loudly from our room. As they knew that they were going to have a function They should gave us another room instead of the one which were offered, our intention of the stay was to relax not hearing every possible noise during the night till early morning!! I complained with the reception about the situation and she was sorry but she said she could't do nothing because she is an employee. It was the worst stay in the past 10 years that we have been visiting this hotel for many times over the years. No form of compensation was offered as a gesture of this very unpleasant stay. Hope the new management will take action on this.

I have been to this facility other times and I found myself well, however this stay was not great because the room assigned was too noisy because it was attached to the hall, instead the room assigned was good.

All perfect!! Competent and friendly staff; thorough cleaning of the entire hotel; comfortable room and perfect bathroom; excellent and complete breakfast in terms of variety and quality; large private and safe parking; the swimming pool is very beautiful and very clean and finally the park is heavenly. Having breakfast on the veranda surrounded by the greenery of the park is an experience worth the entire stay. Absolutely to recommend to friends and return at the first opportunity.

Fortunately, our agency promptly found us another solution and we solved the problem. But I repeat, the way of approaching customers was scandalous, considering that we had signed a contract and paid in advance! Among other things, it was reported to us that it is a typical way of doing things for this structure to leave customers literally out in the open even after they have paid, so I dissuade anyone who wants to stay here from doing so. At this point I am happy that it went like this, because I can't imagine how we would have been treated during our overnight stay, if we had ever gotten there.

A very nice hotel made even better by the staff. The team made excellent suggestions for dinner, including at the hotel itself, beaches and things to do. When their expertise came into its own was when the weather deteriorated and made reservations to enjoy lunch and wine tasting at a vineyard, then at an olive oil factory. Both fab experiences.

We were guests of the structure during our holidays, we were struck by the cleanliness of the common areas and the swimming pools (a round one for children, a larger one for adults)... the friendly and very attentive staff, the clean room, equipped plenty of storage space to store suitcases and bags, ours was on the ground floor with a small external veranda... larger bathroom than average... the garden and the greenery that surrounds the structure are very well looked after, there are several lemon, pomegranate, carob, mulberry, vine and laurel... we were sorry to leave, we felt a bit like at home.... WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

We stayed 9 days in this hotel, the first two in a superior room and despite some flaws it was nice overall, after which we stayed in a standard one, a real nigh**are!! Broken air conditioning panel, broken shower head holder so the shower head kept falling on our heads, mechanical ventilation in the bathroom that was losing pieces of I don't know what, stained toilet seat, dirty curtains! We asked 3 times for these things to be fixed and no one ever came until we asked for a room change. Rude reception staff (girl present in the morning) who made ugly faces as we passed and whispered something thinking we didn't notice. Nice swimming pool, shame about the sunbeds almost all broken. Good breakfast but almost nothing km 0 as they say, rather fruit juice from a well-known brand. We had booked based on the declared 4 stars, but this hotel is worth 2 stars.
