Having breakfast on the veranda surrounded by the greenery of the park is an experience worth the entire stay. Absolutely to recommend to friends and return at the first opportunity."

"My husband and I only did a quick overnight here but we were completely blown away. We arrived late at night and quickly went to the restaurant to try and grab a quick bite. We were greeted by Salvo who was kind and patient with us though we arrived 30 minutes before closing. He did not rush us and was a great welcome to the property. The next day, we spent time at both the beach and pool after checking out. Both were serene and just the relaxation we were in search of. We spent some time at the spa as well where the team was more than gracious and showed up the amenities. Sign me up for an empty steam room any day. Overall, the hotel was clean and the room was truly one of the best designed and appointed ones I’ve stayed in for a long time. We gasped walking in the door as it was so perfect- as was the view."

"We stayed for a week in this lovely country hotel. The area is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast every morning in the beautiful & relaxing courtyard. Annalisa greeted us with a smile and made us fresh coffee. The breakfast selections were delicious with many items to select from. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. All in all this location within the olive trees was very nice and provided a great spot to stay for day trips to visit local cities in the area."

"Just a perfect spot to stay in with the family. Both toddler and teenager had a fabulous time playing around the villa. It was so quiet and nothing was too much trouble for our host Gianni. He welcomed us with all the information we required and made us instantly feel at home. Our rooms were adjoining leading out to the lovely terrace. All was clean and practical. Communal fully equipped kitchen was a blessing for the family. Outdoor area is bliss and a wide variety of facilities offered. Place needs a little TLC but everything we needed functioned well. The EV charging stations were such a relief especially after a day driving around Sicily. I'd highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway in the peaceful laid back serenity of Modica."

"The views from our double spa room over to the baroque churches of modica were amazing but there are also great views from the terrace and pool area. The hotel is small so not too many guests and there was excellent service such as drinks on the terrace. The rooms are fairly new and in great condition. The pool area is gorgeous and brand new. There is parking right outside the hotel which is such a bonus and you can easily get away to the autostade for day trips. The breakfast is good and the staff very accommodating."

"Beautiful hotel in Modica - we stayed for 4 nights over Easter and the hotel, location and staff were amazing. Each room is a converted house, meaning they're individual/characterful and a real taste of Sicily. Breakfast in the garden was delicious, and the pool (just about warm in April!) was spectacular with views over the town. Modica itself is really special - and captivated us (including our 10 and 12 year old). I'd recommend Casa Talia unconditionally!"

"We spent 3 nights at this delightful agriturismo, which was incredibly peaceful, nestled in the Modica countryside. Ivana made us feel right at home with her warm hospitality, treating us to typical dishes from Ragusan cuisine. Mornings started with sumptuous breakfasts featuring freshly baked cakes. Our room was spacious and stylishly furnished. We wholeheartedly recommend it!"
