I was here in 2016,2018 their services were up to standards and now 2021 my experience was terrible,the bathroom was not clean,dust bin was filthy,the room floor was dusty,no pillow cases,the attendants were reluctant on giving us the remotes for the AC and the TV. The sanitizer placed at the reception was soap but labeled as sanitizer,we asked them and they insisted it was sanitizer.Cleaniness is a must and not an option.

Ordinary hotel not corresponding to the photos. No swimming pool or garden, dilapidated bedroom and bathroom but with hot water and air conditioning. Better to have breakfast outside.
I did not even manage to get the WiFi password, the person who accompanied me to my room waited for me on the second floor, too tired to arrive on the 4th, as often in Kenya, the smile does not is not included in the services

First they lied about them having hot water. The room was full of mosquitoes. Staff had a rude attitude.
