I received the warmest welcome from Devine, who was keen to attend to my needs despite her busy schedule and the staff at Castle Royal, who had pleasant attitudes, not to mention constantly checking if I was attended to. My rating unfortunately couldn't go above excellent, but that is where it deserves to be. I would 100% recommend Castle Royal to my friends and family. It's worth more than a second and third visit.

Just Amazing! The fact that it was recommended by my friend ,I had to come and experience the serenity of the bustling city,The view while having Breakfast its breathtaking .Allow us to applaud Divine for her amazing product knowledge and very kind courtesy with guests not only us & how she relates to people it’s truly angelic.Asanteni sana Sentrim for exemplary customer service,care .Castle it’s truly a national monument per say and we felt like one of the Royalties ,will definitely come back again for a business congress 👏🏿.To Team castle WELL DONE!!

Great customer service. My friends and I enjoyed our lunch served by the very courteous Mr Nzuki. There is great decor with the clear glass that gives you a glimpse of Moi avenue mombasa. A good place to meet as you take your meal. I recommend it to you.

My family really enjoyed, Devine and fatmah I really appreciate them for their friendlyness to my kids, gave us time with my wife to enyoy our privacy. The facility is really peaceful and preserve it's national heritage. I would recommend it to other families wanting to enyoy and spend quality time again and AGAIN.

Holding a conference at Castle Royal was beyond our expectation,her advise and work ethic is ADMIRABLE and her team is amazing.We met the GM Nafisa and she was very kind to take us through the hotel history & heritage "What a Great Manager" and a good example of kindness/Openness ...We are indeed Grateful to Team Castle for taking care of us ,Sentrim is Home and beyond!!!

I must confess that Castle Royal is the place to be. Right from the Security,the conference hall,Rooms are spacious and you got to choose with Moi avenue view or near the parking which is quiet and peaceful. And the food "Wow" Chef Adan that tuna with garlic sauce and lemon will always stay to my guts ...Nicodemus thank you for the swift service and ensured we never lacked,and to the one who knows Team Akinyi I was shocked,very professional from bookings and representing Sentrim Castle, definitely recommendable and coming back.
