Esperienza pessima! Condizionatore rotto, finestra rotta, bagno in condizioni pietose.. all’arrivo ho chiesto se avessi potuto cambiare camera hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere; nessuno mi ha fatto sapere più niente. Ho chiesto uno sconto per i tanti problemi riscontrati, ovviamente senza successo.. l’unica cosa positiva?! Il DJ e la buona musica

forse era bello nel 1967 quando è stato costruito ma da allora non hanno fatto manutenzione....il livello di pulizia lascia a desiderare e non parliamo di cibo. i kenioti che alloggiano li per lavoro vanno a mangiare fuori. l'unica nota positiva e la location sulla spaiggia

Room location especially facing the sea is nostalgic . Wonderful sun rises and sun sets . A**osphere is peaceful. Food is good and adequate . Rooms are spacious enough . Socket outlets should be increase in the rooms . Spectrum of DSTV should widen to cover more channels.

The rooms and beddings were dirty we had to request them to clean and change when we arrived. Corridors not washed for the period we were there, the facility is neglected. Every metallic item is rusting. The food is good though

Was having a meal at Hotel Mombasa Beach, and i Will never go there again, and if you want hot food find another place. Waiting time for food 2 hours and the food is COLD! I don’t know how they Can run a hotel/ restaurant..

Probably 20 years ago this hotel was amazing, but today it is derelict and run down. Despite extremely friendly and helpful staff and a good location, these do not compensate for the poor state of conservation of this hotel. During my stay there was no hot water nor fresh water coming out of the pipes, the room although clean was worn and uninviting and the public areas were dilapidated.
The majority of the items in the restaurant menu were not available, however I did have a good barracuda steak.
The view from the room was very pleasant but it was not enough to compensate staying here.

On the positive side , the staff at the beach bar are very friendly and the food is very good . The downside , the staff on the front desk/reception are typical of a government owned hotel , hopeless and rude and couldn't careless . Overall the rooms are in dire need of refurbishment as is the hotel in condition in general .is poor. Cost of staying is out of step with the facilities Kes 10-15,000 per night , suspect cheaper prices for residents. My recommendation is to avoid , Unfortunately I don't see any improvement soon.
