The services very good. On rooms keep time during check in, check on plumbing works. Clenliness is very good. You have good customer service . We will recommend other customers to visit the place. Very good

The services are top notch.The hotel is very clean. The food is well cooked and well served. The workers here are kind and offer good services.They have a pool with an instructor. They even have a gym.They have access to the beach.They have a pool bar

mixed reactions about this property, have been visiting this property since 2006 when it was under a different management,just finishing my 13 day stay now and have alot to say, hot water is non existent or or you to constantly telephone the reception to get it fixed…the ac in the bedroom 202 cannot be regulated since it has no remote control,the battery remote control in the living room tv has no functioning batterys, the towels are absolutely worn out. This is a polite request to the management to get some of these small issues sorted…i hold this place close to my heart and it pains me to see the direction its taking.

This has the potential to be good hotel , the owners are let down by their staff ( training ? ) ..The apar**ents are dysfunctional you have nothing to cook with and give you a microwave if your lucky . The room rates are bizarre, reception make it up as they go along , it is cheaper to stay per night than per month+ plus - their occupancy is very low and do not understand why they make little effort in attracting customers Recommend ; Cowrie She'll or Indiana Beach Apar**ents for value
