Points positifs: Belle architectre Hotel très grand, sur une plage Accès facile Lit confortable Points négatifs: Pas d'Internet dans les chambres Internet faible dans le hall de réception Tapis très sale (grave) Meubles dégradés (chambre) Restaurant, menu peu varié 02 ascenseurs sur 5 en panne Portes de chambre sans carte, avec des clés très anciennes ( casables) En conclusion : Hôtel neccessitte réhabilitation en urgence Peut devenir un excellent hotel après grand travaux et profondes améliorations Personnellement, impossible de revenir à cet hôtel Expérience à oublié

Hôtel catastrophique, emplacement isolé très loin du centre ville. La moitié des Chambres sont sans chauffage , moquettes très sales oreillers très très sales pas de connexion dans les chambres et très faible a la réception . Mauvaise expérience

Chambre propre et spatieuse, pieds dans l'eau avec une belle architecture personnel aimable et serviable surtout l'équipe d'animation très présente professionnelle et dynamique une bonne surprise Pour la nourriture un bon rapport qualité-prix difficile de faire mieux avec les prix proposés Je le conseille vivement pour une escapade à Monastir

the hotel rooms are old fashioned few TV channels sometimes the lights go off the corridors are not equipped with enough lights the rooms have no plugs next to the beds ... The food is acceptable not bad.. But the animation team was friendly helpful charming there is a lot of activities you can't get bored.. Thanx Sendy, Ston, Mario and Bibo you kept us happy and busy playing dancing singing exercicing..... 💐 Thanks for the receptionist Amine

hotel conseillé par l'agence de voyage, propre de classe moyenne avec des points positifs et des points d'amélioration. points positifs: 1- position pieds dans l'eau avec belle vue 2- tres grande piscine externe et une belle interne. 3- chambre correcte . points a améliorés: 1- qualité des repas très répétitif et moyenne avec des longues fils d'attentes 2- equipe d'animation moyenne qui manque d'un vrai leader 3- moquette des chambres et le manque de serviette. dans l'ensemble hotel correcte et familiale avec un accueil chaleureux et personnel sympa

A fuire, un hôtel qui ne mérite pas ces 4 étoiles, des chambres des années 70 climatisation trop faible,pas de wifi dans les chambres, les mêmes repas qui répètent avec recyclage des restes et de qualité catastrophique, pool bar tres nul..trop vieux..
