"just home today, Monty and sideshow bob! amazing fun! room 510, air con awful....slept with balcony doors open! the staff are amazing, so friendly, the shop keepers (1 shop) cater for everything you could require (they take every currency). sadly the extras you expect, such as snacks etc, only from June onward. the place was perfectly clean, painted and updated, every meal had a wide choice, fully stocked bar with a great barman. I loved every minute, even though it was quiet...no waiting..no asking for tips...no hassle. Cleaners on hand every day Bad points, the bloke selling trips? not as bad as some places i have stayed but...and the beach...there is bars, if you check for the Liberty one, its on your left as you hit the beach, wrist band DOES give you drinks for free, plenty of loungers etc and paid beach activities like para gliding etc, but it wasn't for me. be aware if you are an avid shopper, this place is about a 1 hour transfer from the airport, and the area is blocks of hotels, no shops or tabacs, be prepared to taxi! if however you want to spend time relaxing with good food, super service and a great animation team who i miss already, do not hesitate. "Hotel is clean. Rooms are cleaned daily to a great standard. Hotel is very small, need to plan other activities. “Heated” indoor pool, is not heated. Ac isn’t turned on till June/July. Food is ok, a fair choice. Set meal times. Very limited drink choice for all inclusive. Entertainment team is really good!! They interact with everyone, daily activities to join in with. Not enough sun beds for the number of guest and we went just before the season started. Definitely not enough parasols!! It’s not 4 *"
