Chiraz Club - Families Only

This hotel was bad sunshine holidays give wrong advertisement photos nothing like reality. Old falling to bits .tv not in room .gave one but not working given other room as not one we booked but only bit better. The food was OK and given in the European dinner room we complained as put on table no cover flies all over it next day it was under covers as all inclusive we were given free bottle water with meals . Next day thay closed this dinner room told not many European s so had to go main dinner room .it was like feeding time at the zoo .even the staff were saying it was crazy hundreds fighting for the food. And in this room no table cloths had to find your own utensils or eat with fingers get in line with your plate then get told its all gone .waiting half hour for nothing staff try to help us get fed Management did not care less. Complained but nothing changed .was told we now had to pay for water.Coffee was made week and nasty .if you want proper coffee you pay .ask for tonic water .say sorry don't do it only coke lemonade Fanta. We went out most days to eat.due to dinner conditions. Lift s not working most days so had to go up and down 3 floors and I have bad knees. Air con not good no WiFi just small box on reception desk have to get in range for it to work. Beds changed once in 10 day stay. It was hotel from hell staff friendly and helped. Music very loud all day .not a hotel I will use again. Avoid this one . Pool nice but kids getting hurt due to very slippy tiles
