Given a warm welcome from the start of the holiday, with a great check in from reception staff and escorting to our room by the bell boy. The bar staff, especially alladen and wajid, were amazing at keeping drinks topped up, both at the bar and around the pool. Makran in the restaurant made us feel welcome at each meal time, with the food all enjoyable every day. The pastry team were amazing in their work. All of the maintenance team, cleaners and life guards took pride in their work and the hotel was in good condition. The animation team went above and beyond every day to include everyone in activities and we thoroughly enjoyed their entertainment programme. Special thanks to madi, momo and Mario for the amazing champions league final night. So much effort from them and all of the team behind them. The whole evening was great. Bad reviews of this hotel have been left by people who should stay home and not enjoy the culture of a beautiful country ❤️

Nous avons passé 7 jours au Royal Thalasso avec une cure de 12 soins. L'hotel est agréable de par sa situation mais assez moyen au niveau prestations hoteliéres ou de restauration. Par contre le centre de Thalasso est unique en son genre. Un environnement adapté à differents type de soins, une piscine couverte d'eau de mer avec des jets multiples et variés, une salle de remise en forme bien équipée et adaptée à tout type de pratique(à condition de s'y rendre de bonne heure sinon compliqué de pratiquer à cause de l'affluence). Et que dire de l'équipe de massage et de soins du visage, compétences, sourire et bonne humeur sont au RV avec Ghait le coordinateur qui manage son équipe avec beaucoup de diplomatie, de bienveillance afin de rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Je recommande le centre de Thalasso

The animation team was amazing, especially Momo and Mario. They’ve done their best to keep us entertained all day offering aerobics, zumba and aqua fit, darts, water polo, table tennis and different night shows. The hotel rooms are amazing, the pools all amazing. The food not our taste, but I’m sure everyone is different in their taste. The restaurant staff all amazing and helpful, really taking care of us. Everything is a 5 star apart from food which I would rate it a 3 star.

Très bel hôtel, très belle décoration mais hôtel vieillissant…. Personnel très gentil, agréable et disponible. Buffet varié, mais parfois certains plats tièdes. Plage propre. Je recommande. Attention aux excursions proposées car bcp de temps en bus….

I am currently staying here and I cannot fault it. The animation team are fab and go out of their way to keep you busy and happy, madi , momo, Mario and mimi are all lovely. The bar staff are great, always coming to your sunbeds with drinks. The hotel is clean and housekeeping are always making sure your room is cleaned, with fresh towels and water everyday. The restaurant is quite basic as you would expect for all inclusive, but always something there. The beach here is beautiful and clean clear water. As a first time solo traveller I felt safe and welcome.

Nous rentrons tout juste d’un séjour inoubliable d’une semaine dans ce magnifique hôtel, l’emplacement est juste magique et incroyable , dès que l’on arrive sur la première terrasse, la piscine et la vue mer.
