Awful experience! The door lock was visibly broken and wouldn’t lock! It wouldn’t lock! Large flies in the washroom… that’s when we decided to leave. Huge stains on the carpet, finger prints all over the windows and a very sketchy neighborhood. We walked out… and lost 4 nights prepaid hotel. We hope ******* refunds our money… and speaks to this hotel.

We had booked, paid and also confirmed our time of arrival on phone before turning up with a family of four. We were met with a security guard who could not give us any keys to our rooms (two doubles). After spending an hour on the phone we got offered a single bed room, with a bed that could not even fit two people. The person on the phone refused to give us a written statement on email that we had not gotten the rooms we had paid for. By then we decided to leave. In the meantime, one or two other traveling parties had arrived at the hotel and were also refused entry despite having booked in advance.

AVOID IT!! The room has a strong bad smell. The room is not maintained at all. It took around 30 minutes to check in with the receptionist. There is no customer service at all. I have found a room with broke door and a lot of dirt inside in-front of the door where my room is. It is written on the door that it is not safe around, and I am responsible for my stuff. The Wi-Fi never reached the third floor.
