The service is bad and the rooms not well kept. Had to call in service for repairs twice already, and will have to call again. The sinks were leaking water (twice), and service only came two days later (granted it was the holidays). The windows don't close completely, so the rain is getting in. And through the wall too! Moldy shower, hair and stains in the towels, some lights are broken and can't be fixed, since they no longer have the bulbs. The beds are stained too. Front desk is not manned and front door always locked. Side door might jam (letting strangers in). One of the dryers in the cellar is broken, so clothes stay wet. There is no breakfast and no sauna (just thought should mention since older posts praised them). Many appliances are dirty and/or broken. Closet cannot be locked (broken), bathroom cannot be locked (no key). Stains on the walls and ceiling, tables were dirty with coffee stains, and ceramic hob had enough burned in dirt that I had to clean it for half an hour to get everything off.
