Splendida struttura nel cuore di Monopoli, curata nei dettagli. Massima attenzione alla pulizia, bellissima doccia ed accogliente vasca idromassaggio. La proprietaria e’ molto gentile, si dimostra disponibile in tutte le occasioni, fornendoci indicazioni, consigli e suggerimenti. Consigliatissimo A+++

Stiamo stati una notte in questo alloggio , ben arredato , completo di tutto, vasca idromassaggio funzionale. Si trova nel centro di Monopoli . Arianna la proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gentile . La suite ha anche un terrazzo molto carino ! Siamo stati bene il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole . Consiglio

Proprietaria maleducata e falsa, ogni cosa detta è stata ribattuta senza mai dubitare della propria gestione. La struttura può essere bella quanto vuole ma se una persona ha la giornata storta dovrebbe evitare il contatto con la clientela. Impari a comportarsi con chiarezza e sincerità signora, magari eviterà le diverse recensioni che menzionano la sua poca costanza e l’arroganza nel gestire i clienti.

No reception we had to find the place by ourselves with great difficulty .. As soon as we found the seat the lady in a very rude way gave us the instructions to enter by phone she did not even show up .. however once we entered there was no hot water to make us the whirlpool bath and not even to take a shower, he blamed us that we had already consumed it but it was not true .. no fridge working like the air conditioner that threw cold air! in a nutshell bad I do not recommend it to anyone Ps the problem is the lady who can not behave cold bad and arrogant never again!

Unique experience ... Very welcoming location and maximum cleanliness. Strategically located, a stone's throw from bars, restaurants and the sea. Staff attentive to guests' needs, helpful and attentive. I will definitely be back😍

We went to this property for our honeymoon with very high expectations, beautiful photos, central location etc. Upon our arrival, the first unpleasant surprise was: the area is a restricted traffic zone and consequently there is no possibility of entering to unload your luggage. The lady directed us to the car parkers who, having called on the day of arrival, were partially full (at least the one with the shuttle service). This means that we were forced to call a paid car park which asked us €15 for the first two days and €12 for the following days for the 5 days of our stay, which is not mentioned during the booking process but according to the property owner everything is normal being in the centre. Second surprise: The lady sends us a message containing the instructions to get to the facility and the passwords (one of which didn't work) without SHOWING UP. And writing to us that breakfast was in the bar near the house and not in the structure. Plus giving us the surprise of the impossibility of using the terrace due to COVID (another thing accidentally omitted in the description of the structure). Having arrived 400 meters from the structure and not having found any parking spaces, we had to take turns bringing our luggage closer to the structure, luggage which we carried through the pretty but labyrinthine streets of the village. Here is the third and most unpleasant surprise: As per the images I posted, the Gassa d'amante suite has two flights of stairs to access, very narrow and unclear in the images also present on ***********( I would like to start by saying that the room was well made and with delightful finishes, which is why it was selected by us, but being a NoZze TRIP we wanted a pleasant location and without having to climb up two steep and narrow flights of stairs every time we left the house, even more so for the high price of the structure). At this point, physically exhausted, we decided to abandon the structure and look for a better one and the very kind owner called us shortly after rightly asking for information on what had happened but belittling all our objections without leaving any possibility of dialogue. Madam, this is not giving a good service and if customers are not satisfied it is also your goal to be transparent about the real condition of the structure to leave customers free to choose. Furthermore, she was unable to offer us an alternative. The two stars are for the service and the lack of courtesy of the tenant.
