Sogno d'Epoca 1822

Titolare dell’hotel da un giorno ad un altro cambia idea su quel che dice. Prima telefonata intercorsa col sottoscritto: persona gentile, dispiaciuta per quello che era successo, mi dice che non può fare niente per via della politica contrattuale. Conclude dicendo : se potrò far qualcosa sicuramente cercherò di venire incontro a voi. Seconda telefonata (con mio papà ) : non posso fare nulla ma proverò a venirvi incontro qualora riesca a rimpiazzare la camera. Vi faccio sapere. Terza telefonata (sempre con mio papà ) che chiaramente non avendo ricevuto più alcun riscontro, chiede se si fosse venuto a capo di qualcosa. Qui il proprietario inizia (alla terza telefonata), non alla novantesima, alla terza, a cambiare atteggiamento, tono di voce irritato, fermo nel dire che non farà nulla di nulla di quello che aveva detto in precedenza e che era suo diritto farlo. Mai nessuno gli ha detto non fosse suo diritto farlo, era/sarebbe stato suo dovere però avvisare o meno se quel che aveva detto, quel “venire incontro” poteva concludersi in maniera positiva o meno. Quarta e ultima chiamata col sottoscritto: Appena risponde mi ripresento come in una normale comunicazione, non mi lascia nemmeno il tempo di dire qualcosa e inizia la sua personale battaglia (chissà perché poi, coda di paglia…?). Le sue affermazioni sono le seguenti: - non chiamatemi più, non intendo più parlare con voi, ho il diritto di fare quello che faccio. Ok hai il diritto, ma ripeto, perché non l’hai detto subito senza creare false speranze? Mistero. Si prosegue con: a voi milanesi le cose entrano da un orecchio e escono dall’altro (tale affermazione mi fa talmente sorridere che sorvolo). Si passa poi alle parolacce che naturalmente la mia educazione non mi fa scrivere, per terminare la chiamata (prima di attaccarmi il telefono in faccia) con un finissimo “non mi rompete più i c……”. Grazie a dio sono/siamo stati tante volte in questa bellissima terra che è la Puglia ed il trattamento è stato tutto l’opposto di quanto fatto da questo Signore. Con classe ed a testa alta concludo. Un sordo Milanese.

Abbiamo prenotato in questo B&B perchè attratti da belle foto. Purtroppo anche se arrivati in città alle ore 11.30, abbiamo dovuto aspettare le 15.00 per il check-in. Purtroppo non abbiamo chiesto al proprietario di vedere la stanza matrimoniale prenotata. Abbiamo trovato, purtroppo una spiacevole sorpresa. L'alloggio pulito ed ordinato, ma di dimensioni ridottissime , al limite estremo per condividerlo in due. Inoltre , il letto piccolo e scomodo nonostante avessi pagato per una stanza MATRIMONIALE.

Un posto molto bello,pulito,centro città... Siamo stati benissimo, non metto 5 stelle solo xke non funzionava il riscaldamento anche se ci avevano detto di si.. per il resto siamo stati benissimo! E nel periodo natalizio con tutte le luci fuori era ancora più magico!! Ci tornerei sicuramente

Large and pleasant room with double balcony, small but still comfortable bathroom, strategic position close to the historic center and the sea, rich breakfast with quality products, great kindness and helpfulness of the owners and all the staff. Applause

I stayed in the Luna suite which is one of the two ba*****t suites of the B&B; very romantic atmosphere, very thorough cleaning, large and well-functioning Jacuzzi at the foot of the bed, comfortable bed. The bathroom, albeit small, is also a favor and nothing is missing, even the shower is modern and welcoming. Breakfast, in the summer season, takes place in a lovely terrace on top of the period building of the B&B (period in style but perfectly restored and technologically modernized). You can taste, among other things, donuts and delicacies prepared directly by the staff, with eggs at km 0. Final thought for Mr. Nino, the very nice and enterprising manager of this beautiful structure a few steps from the magnificent historic center of Monopoli ; no frills person, first comes the customer and then the well-deserved profit! If I return to stay in Monopoli it is definitely here that I will return.

Comfortable rooms, well furnished and spotless. Top breakfast served on a cozy and bright terrace with excellent quality products. The owners available and attentive to the needs of their guests. I will be back soon, I recommend it

I stayed in this b & b with my boyfriend in the first week of September. We were looking for a structure close to the center of Monopoli in order to reach it on foot and it was a great choice! (Several coves can also be reached on foot). Enjoyable breakfast on the terrace with the owners, all in a family context! The choice of fresh and genuine products varies. Super recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana proprio la scorsa. Ottima posizione. Pochi passi dal mare e dal centro. Struttura non tanto grande (ciò che cercavamo) ma curata in ogni aspetto. Pulizie ottime e altrettanto la colazione che viene servita in terrazza. Tutto molto accogliente e familiare. Grazie anche alla professionalità e passione dei proprietari Nino e Sabrina. Consigliatissimo.
