Enchanting place among the olive groves of the Monopoli countryside. Very kind and professional staff, large and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Also noteworthy is the strategic position just a few km from the city center, Polignano, Conversano, Alberobello and all the main centers in the area.

I think it is the end of the season...outside chairs that were in the garden were not clean. Overall the it was very good!!

Very badly managed and organized place. After having my spa reservation postponed three times, I received a call ten minutes before my arrival to say that the boiler wasn't working due to the rain. With this they tried again to postpone the spa but this last time I reacted badly also because by now I had made the trip and paid for the overnight stay with Monopoli, luckily in another structure. When I pointed out the inconvenience they caused me, they didn't even bother to offer something to apologize and told me that customers with the voucher are not treated like regular customers. Rather than go there I'll burn the voucher

Fantastic facility, well looked after and with very friendly staff. I booked for the second time at this property and every time it surprises me with the cleanliness, tranquility and relaxation it manages to offer. Highly recommended.

Fabulous location with far stretching views out to monopoly. You need a car to get here but it’s a fab location to travel and explore the area. It is set in a beautiful olive grove, so tranquil yet life all around. We stayed in mid-october for 4 nights, the room was spotless and spacious, beautiful swimming pool, breakfast ok but great food for the evening, much better than we expected. We also travelled with 2 small dogs who were welcomed

Very beautiful site among olive and fruit trees, original bedroom and bathroom decor (stone and wood), beautiful infinity pool and view of the sea and Monopoli.
Breakfast a little tight and it's a shame that it is not served on the terrace when the weather is nice. The breakfast room is nevertheless very beautiful.

We stayed in this beautiful farmhouse for my daughter's baptism.. Stunning location.. They made us feel at home.. Exquisite dishes thanks to the professionalism of the chef Luigi.. Special thanks to the maitre Vito who took care of everything down to the smallest detail and he proved to be great both as a professional and as a person. Thanks also to Gina and all the staff. I recommend staying overnight to then enjoy the fantastic location with panoramic swimming pool. We will definitely be back ❤️
