Dining experience was excellent, we have been to keys many times and have experience other dining options but non as good as at this property.
Unfortunately I am very disappointed at the way the front desk treats guests. We arrived late and it was our first time at this location and they only gave us a map and were very short along with a charger error claiming we hadn’t pay for our stay, when in fact we had paid months ago.
We also did in dinning room and called for status on order as it had already been over an hour since we had placed the order, front desk would answer and just put us on hold. Many times we tried calling front desk and they were very rude! Management really needs to train these people.
We come back to the keys 2x a year and I doubt we will be returning to this resort at least not until staff improves.
Pools guys were great along with restaurant staff.
