"I booked a room with a view based on the map on Ctrip (Figure 1), but the room I received had no view at all (Figure 2). The female receptionist had poor service awareness and an arrogant attitude; while guests were in long queues, she would chat for a long time with people she knew. The most disappointing thing was that although the hotel was built along the coast, there was no way to go into the sea. The beach was surrounded by rust-colored seawater (Figure 3), and the swimming pool was also small. Those who like to swim in the sea should think twice before booking. In short, this is a hotel with poor value for money."
