Hotel très bien situé, chambre spacieuse bien insonorisé, excellente literie. Il faudrait juste prévoir de remplacer les baignoires par des douches avec une porte et non un rideau de douche, manque 1 bouteille d'eau. Parking en sous sol mais hyper étroit. Le petit déjeuner est correcte il y a tout ce qu'il faut fruit, yaourt, viennoiserie, charcuterie.. Par contre pas de jaccuzi en panne...

Was nice hotel but they could really do with upgrading their windows as the road outside was very busy and noisey. So the middle of the night you can hear the cars and ambulances driving past

Très bel hôtel bien situé à deux pas du centre ville. Chambre bien insonorisée et très spacieuse. La chambre dispose d'une belle salle de bain et d'une literie confortable. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet au top. Nous avons dormi dans cet hôtel pour la visite de Pairi Daiza. Le personnel est très professionnel, je recommande

Bof bof! Parking hyper étroit mais il a le mérite d’être là. Accueil bon. Chambre très simple avec même pas une petite bouteille d’eau pour l’accueil. Lit assez bas, matelas pas tres ferme! Oreiller très mou! Pas de frigo dans la chambre. Odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain. Produits de salle de bain pas qualitatif( ne prenez pas l’apres-shampoing...il fait des nœuds au lieu de les enlever) Pompe de savon dans la douche deffectueuse où il faut les deux mains pour l’utiliser, donc pas pratique du tout! Petit déjeuner correct( pas de salade de fruits, pas de fromage à la découpe, pas de saumon...) Mais bon jus d’orange bien frais et très bon café. Ce qui nous a vraiment dérangé, c’est que la TV coupait sans cesse!!! Parfois pendant plus de 15-20 min. Soit, nous retournerons la prochaine fois dans l’ hôtel pres de la gare. Nous voulions essayer un autre, mal nous en a pris!

Points négatifs: Très déçue pour une qualité de 4 étoiles. Rideau de douche en nylon pas très net qui vous colle à la peau, merci pour les microbes. WC avec une ligne marron incrustée depuis longtemps. La deuxième journée comportait l'utilisation du Welness mais au dernier moment accès impossible au jacuzzi. 2 fenêtres de toit dont l'une ne permet pas l'ouverture du rideau. L'une d'elle était mal fixée et laissait passer l'air froid. Une tache jaunâtre sur l'évier dans la sdb, brûlure sans doute? Point positif: Buffet petit-déjeuner top! Avis général négatif, on sent un manque de moyens financiers pour la bonne tenue de l'hôtel. Je ne le conseille pas et n'irai plus jamais, il y a beaucoup mieux pour le même prix.

AC was not working, no way to get food unless it’s breakfast which was good
Front desk lady was friendly and breakfast staff was perfect
Apart from that, shower had left overs from the previous guest and as said AC was not cooling
