"Very bad check-in from the manager, and he was very arrogant and rude. I reserved the room the day before, for an apartment with three rooms and a studio, it was very expensive for what we got. There was a piece of bubble-gum on the pillow-case (mentioned by another review in January 2025 on Booking), it was still there and it wasn’t a melted tag, because it was in the middle of the pillow, and tags don’t go in the middle of pillow-cases. The hotel was old and it was obviously not properly cleaned. It was a bad deal because of how expensive it was and how rundown it was."
