Nice hotel. As you are used to from Van der Valk Hotels. Unfortunately there was heavy construction work which had a negative impact on the stay. However, the employees tried very hard to make the guests as pleasant as possible. They did a great job!

L'hôtel est très bien situé près du centre de Mons . Les chambre sont belles et la salle de bain moderne avec en plus la toilette séparée . Par contre nous avons payé 22,00 Euros par personne pour le petit déjeuné pour avoir droit à un buffet simple deux machines à café ( 1 seul fonctionne ) et pas de service à table , donc à éviter . Très grandes chambre et salle de bain confortables et propre. Malheureusement les canapés sont tâchés. Personnel parfait. Très calme au niveau des chambres. Petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Manque de places de parking. Je recommande.

La qualité des prestations de la chambre étaient impeccable. Les prestations au niveaux des massages étaient parfait. Cela dit, nous étions venus il y a un peu plus d'un an et dans nos souvenirs le petit déjeuné était parfait.. mais depuis cela a changé.. la diversité a bien diminué, les produits beaucoup moins qualitatif, le personnel vraiment pas compétant. Le serveur nettoie la table en étalant les miettes partout sur nous et sur les chaises voisines et ne finit même pas le dressage de la table par conséquent nous avons du nous en chargé nous même. Deuxième expérience très décevante après la première au top.. espérons qu'ils remédieront à ces soucis.

Voor een lang weekend dit hotel geboekt. Waar je op moet letten, is dat de parking niet zo overzichtelijk is, zoals bij de andere Van der Valk hotels. Krap, geen duidelijke ingang en overal geparkeerde auto’s. Dat is even acclimatiseren als je net aan komt rijden. Helaas hierdoor schade gereden, omdat er geen overzicht is. En je moet uitwijken door achteruit te rijden. Een ander optie is er niet. Gelukkig geen schade bij een ander auto. De spa is niet inbegrepen bij de reservering. We hebben wel een fantastisch lekkere ontbijtbuffet gehad. Enorm propere kamer en het bed slaap heerlijk. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en praten ook Nederlands of Engels. Het hotel is mooi en goed centraal gelegen. Op loopafstand van het centrum.
