A fantastic stay in Barbialla. It's hard to decide what we liked best: The incredibly friendly service provided by Marta and Agata, who gave us a very warm welcome and were always on hand with tips for exploring the surrounding area? The beautiful Tuscan house with its stylish furnishings, which we were able to call home for two weeks and where it didn't get uncomfortably hot despite the summer heat? The beautiful landscape in which the farm is nestled? The pool right in front of the house with a view into the distance? Agata's pasta cooking course in the large kitchen of the main house? The farm store with all its delicious produce? Luckily, we didn't have to choose, because Barbialla had it all! Thanks for this marvellous stay at yours, Marta & Agata! Ein phantastischer Aufenthalt in Barbialla. Man kann sich kaum entscheiden, was uns am besten gefallen hat: Die unglaublich freundliche Betreuung durch Marta und Agata, die uns einen sehr herzlichen Empfang bereitet haben und uns stets mit Tips für Erkundungen in der Umgebung zur Seite standen? Das wunderschöne toskanische Haus mit seiner stilvollen Einrichtung, das wir für 2 Wochen unser Zuhause nennen konnten und in dem es trotz der Sommerhitze nicht unangenehm heiss wurde? Die traumhaft schöne Landschaft, in die die Farm eingebettet ist? Der Pool direkt vor dem Haus mit Blick in die Ferne? Agatas Pasta-Kochkurs in der grossen Küche des Haupthauses? Der Farmladen mit all seinen köstlichen Produkten? Ein Glück müssen wir uns nicht entscheiden, denn in Barbialla hatten alles zusammen! Barbialla is a beautifully rustic organic farm and a great place to stay. It is within easy reach of key Tuscan sites (Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano and Sienna) and is also a lovely place to explore on those days where you just want to relax in the countryside. Agata and Marta were welcoming and helpful. We had a small leak in our bathroom and they sorted it on the same day. The farm shop is a helpful place to buy great produce from, although we generally stocked up in the local supermarket which was cheaper. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely come again.

This was our second visit. It didn’t disappoint. Welcoming and fantastic hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. Beautiful house (Brentina Est) with lovely light bedrooms and lovely beds and bed linen, lovely gardens and delicious pool! We saw deer and a wild boar family, birds and bees. Peace, perfect peace!

Loved our little Doderino house. Great experience. Nice and cosy. Swimming pool with a stunning view over the beautiful landscape. Thanks to Marta we made us feel very welcome! This is a great place to use for a trip through beautiful Toscany.

We stayed at this Agriturismo for four nights and really enjoyed it. The setting is absolutely stunning - the prettiest view in all of Tuscany was from the driveway from our bungalow. The bungalow was nicely finished in traditional Tuscan colors and had everything we needed. We asked Marta to provide a “welcome basket” for our first night, as we were coming directly from the airport too late to go out to dinner. She set us up with wine, cheese, bread meats, espresso and some of the best produce we had ever tasted. The location was perfect for visiting local Tuscan towns - Montaione, San Giminignano, Volterra, Pisa and one or two others. The farm was our base camp for exploring all over Tuscany. Marta and Fabio were very welcoming and the communication was great. Highly recommend.
