Good rooms, although somewhat damaged, double bed with 2 single mattresses, which could be more secure and adherent, in addition to the mattress protection, not comfortable, we know that there are more comfortable protections. Great light insulation, sound not really. Great shower! Nespresso machine in the room. PA very good, but for a 5* it should be great, eg boiled eggs and cheeses, already dried out. Platters to be replaced, it was always necessary to notify the employees. Nice SPA area, but the water was cold, and you need to make a reservation, but it was still full. It is not clear then why schedule an appointment. Access to the gym and the indoor pool, the water was also cold outside the hotel. Which with the cold is not pleasant at all.
