This is the first time I've specifically waited to review a hotel: 1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient. 2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids. An excellent hotel! 👍👍👍

Highly recommended! Staying in the Hyatt Regency Lanzhou's River View Suite was the biggest surprise of my Gansu-Qinghai trip. The high-floor panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of the flowing Yellow River. Opening the windows revealed a picturesque scene of Lanzhou's mountains and river. During the day, the mighty river stretched out, and at night, the city lights sparkled – an irreplaceable view. The happy hour experience at the 16th-floor Club Lounge was fantastic; you could mix your own cocktails, and the signature beef noodles were authentic and delicious. Sitting by the window in the evening, watching the Yellow River sunset, created an incredible atmosphere. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Waterwheel Park, and the staff's service was thoughtful and meticulous. As a benchmark international five-star hotel in Lanzhou, it's perfect for both leisure travel and scenic sightseeing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

This was my first stop in China and I’m so happy that I stayed in Dunhuang at Baibaili Hotel. I was looked after so well, the hospitality of the staff extended many times for several necessities and I’m touched by their hospitality. This will for a very long time, be my remarkable first impression of China, its people and their culture. The location is perfect if you want to stay a bit further out from town and enjoy the silence of being closer to the desert and the stunning design of the place. Beautiful and comfortable room, all the final touches refined every day and after 24 hrs of travelling; a generous fruit and snack plate that grounded me sweetly into Dunhuang upon arrival and farewelled me just after mid-autumn with a beautiful moon cake. The hotel room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There was a humidifier available if the room felt dry, and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept very well. The front desk service was warm and attentive. The location is convenient, right near the airport. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

I wholeheartedly recommend the Hilton Lanzhou Chengdashangwu! My stay here far exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a special shout-out to Kelly at the front desk! I was in Lanzhou for business and after comparing several five-star hotels, I chose this one. The location is excellent, close to Lanzhou University Metro Station, making it convenient to get to Oriental Red Square and the provincial government area. If you're driving, there's free underground parking, so no worries about transportation. The hotel's decor blends the aesthetics of Dunhuang, and the lobby on the 51st floor offers expansive views. The giant starry sky chandelier is grand and elegant, perfect for photos. Overall, it's luxurious without being ostentatious. What made the check-in process most heartwarming was Kelly at the front desk. I arrived with a lot of luggage and was quite tired from traveling, but Kelly had a warm smile throughout. She was efficient and professional, quickly completing the check-in procedures and proactively introducing all the hotel's amenities: the 11th-floor heated infinity pool, the panoramic window gym, the breakfast at the Yun All-Day Dining restaurant, and the operating hours of the high-floor executive lounge. When she learned I wanted to watch the sunset in Lanzhou, she specifically recommended a high-floor room with a view. She even hand-wrote recommendations for authentic local beef noodles and scenic spots along the Yellow River. She patiently answered all my questions about breakfast, pool usage, and late check-out. Her service was meticulous, thoughtful, gentle, and perfectly measured, embodying Hilton's service standards. The room experience was equally impeccable. Being on a high floor, the panoramic windows offered direct views of the city skyline, allowing me to overlook the entire Chengguan district and the outline of the Yellow River at dusk. The Serta mattress was soft yet supportive, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high-quality. The soundproofing throughout the room was excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The breakfast selection was rich and comprehensive, featuring both local northwestern specialties and Western dishes, all authentic in flavor. The heated pool had crystal-clear water, and the high-altitude gym was well-equipped. It was truly therapeutic to swim and relax after a busy day. The housekeeping and concierge staff were all enthusiastic and polite. The entire hotel's hardware is new, and the facilities are well-maintained, with attention to every service detail. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure vacations. The next time I visit Lanzhou, I will definitely choose the Hilton Lanzhou Chengdashangwu again, and I hope the hotel will highly commend the thoughtful and professional Kelly at the front desk!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The overall environment was clean and quiet, with excellent natural light and views, and the room was spotless. All necessary amenities were provided, so there was no need to buy anything extra. The smart home design was a pleasant surprise; I could control all the devices with just my voice, which was incredibly high-tech and made my stay relaxing and comfortable. The owner was exceptionally kind, warm, and attentive, always available whenever I needed help – truly thoughtful and reliable.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Da Yanlong for the swift check-in process and for patiently answering all my questions with such a warm and friendly attitude – it really made me feel welcome. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of fruits and pastries. Overall, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back given the chance!

This is one of the best hotels I stayed at during my entire Gannan loop road trip. The hotel lobby is luxurious and grand, with ample parking, especially the underground parking garage with a height limit of 2.5 meters, which is really convenient for those driving. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and responsive, and even upgraded my room. The room was newly decorated and fully equipped. All towels and cups were disposable and sterilized. The bedding was clean and comfortable, with attention to detail. The kettle, in particular, has a temperature-controlled spout and is a godsend for coffee lovers. The breakfast was also plentiful, and the ingredients were clearly very fresh, not only satisfying my hunger but also taking care of my emotional well-being. In short, for this price, staying at this hotel is absolutely the best value for money.

Finally got to experience the highly anticipated star tent, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations! I was initially worried that tent accommodations would be basic, but each one was a standalone unit with a private bathroom, separate wet and dry areas, 24-hour hot water, and quality toiletries. The tent itself was spacious, the large bed was incredibly soft, and you could open the skylight to stargaze. We could clearly see the Milky Way with the naked eye at night. Each tent was spaced far apart, ensuring maximum privacy and no worries about noise. Our butler was always on call, proactively bringing mosquito repellent and hot drinks, and breakfast featured fresh local specialties. During the day, we enjoyed the mountain/desert views from the deck, and in the evening, we waited for the sunset. It was incredibly relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for both couples and those looking for a short getaway. Highly recommend!

Let me say that the most satisfying thing about this trip on the Qinggan Line is this hotel. The personal feeling is more comfortable than the five-star Qinghai Lake Guanhu Hotel! ! There is a balcony for washing clothes, the room is huge, not depressed and super comfortable, I don’t get up until 10 o’clock every day, the two babies are very happy to play, and the drinks are free to drink every day. Finally, I have to focus on praise! ! The boss is so super good. The baby's feet were crooked on the first day. The boss went to help the baby buy medicine. The boss's mother also helped the baby deal with the feet. The next day, it was a lot better. It was a really super kind family. You must live in Dunhuang! ! ! If you have a baby, you can cook wontons for the baby when you get up late, 200 likes! ! ! Highly recommended.
