The service was excellent, you could tell the hotel put a lot of thought and effort into their operations. The value for money during the May Day holiday was also fantastic! Upon arrival, security guards directed me to parking, helped with luggage, and guided me through check-in – a big shout-out to the security team! The front desk staff thoughtfully offered hot water and towels to clean hands during check-in, which was a very nice touch. Plus, a dedicated staff member helped bring my luggage directly to my room door. The room was prepped with a foot bath and cucumbers for a facial, and the bedding was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

Alisa checked us in and was incredibly welcoming. When she heard it was our first time in Lanzhou, she even got us a Hyatt-made map and gave us some simple travel tips! She was so enthusiastic and thoughtful! The hotel is across from a park, and you can also see the Yellow River, which is perfect for those who enjoy a morning stroll. Waking up to the view of the Yellow River is incredibly refreshing. The room was spotless, and the cleaning staff were very diligent every day (usually, after the second day of a consecutive stay, the cleaning can feel a bit less thorough, but here it was consistently excellent). The breakfast had a great variety, and I absolutely loved the freshly fried Youtiao (Chinese crullers) — they were delicious! All the staff, from the gym to the concierge and the restaurant, were so friendly! I absolutely love the Hyatt Lanzhou! I'll definitely be back!

The room met all my business travel needs and had all the necessary amenities. I have to commend the hotel staff! The gentleman at the front desk who checked me in yesterday afternoon offered reasonable solutions to all my questions. A special shout-out to Aami at the front desk as well – she was incredibly responsive to my requests, very patient, and resolved issues quickly. The servers and housekeepers also deserve praise! They were all so nice, so nice!

This was the best hotel we stayed at along the entire Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop. The doormen (employee numbers 42 and 55) were so welcoming and even helped us wipe down our car when they saw it was dirty. They were quick to bring our food deliveries right to our room. The hotel breakfast was also delicious; the beef noodles were better than what you'd find at some specialized restaurants. The environment was lovely too. Plus, there's direct access to the adjacent mall from the hotel's fourth floor, which is super convenient.

This hotel left me with truly unique memories! The room was clean and tidy, but what really blew me away was the desert view – the endless sand dunes were breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. The most special part was getting to experience a hotpot dinner right in the desert. Staying in the desert itself was an unforgettable experience: quiet, vast, and completely secluded. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a different kind of travel adventure!

The hotel is located right behind Mingsha Mountain, about an 18-minute walk or a 4-minute taxi ride away. This meant my child could go to Mingsha Mountain to climb the dunes almost every evening. The hotel rooms are very spacious; even with two king-size beds (1.8m), it didn't feel cramped at all. In fact, all the rooms here are huge. The cleanliness was excellent; the bathroom floor had no dust whatsoever. There's underfloor heating, so you can comfortably wear a T-shirt in the room at night, which felt much better than air conditioning. I also highly recommend the owner; they were incredibly kind. They proactively helped us arrange taxis, asked if we were hungry, and even made us dumplings. Highly recommended!

It is so lucky to choose this inn when you come to Dunhuang. It is very close to Crescent Spring, only a ten-minute walk away, and it is very convenient to watch the sunrise and sunset. The whole is newly renovated, the room is clean and bright, the facilities are brand new, and the living is comfortable. The boss treats people sincerely and enthusiastically, carefully explains the play route, and the service is intimate and thoughtful. The small courtyard is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, and you can relax. I will choose here next time.

The hotel itself is clean, and some of the staff members are friendly. Prior to my arrival, I had shipped a package to the hotel and requested that they hold it for me; however, a different staff member claimed they had no knowledge of the shipment and returned it to the sender. This incident completely threw my schedule into disarray. On the day of my departure, I asked the front desk to hail a taxi for me, but the staff member replied that they didn't have any taxi numbers on hand and told me to go outside and flag one down on the street myself. The parking attendants were no different; they didn't lift a finger to assist. In most hotels, staff members typically go out to the street to hail a taxi for guests, so this level of service was deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope that the hotel will strive to improve not only its physical facilities but also the quality of its service.

Came with the kids for a weekend getaway. The hotel is very upscale and grand, with an impressively high lobby and new, stylish facilities. The front desk being on the 51st floor was a bit inconvenient. The room was clean, but the air conditioning had an issue; the first room was too hot, and we had to switch rooms. However, the service was excellent and very accommodating. They handled problems immediately. A manager with an accent, in particular, was incredibly efficient in resolving our issue. Definitely worth staying again.
