The main hotel is impressive (although difficult to navigate) but the rooms are a little tired and there are stains on carpets, bathroom tiles and bed linen.

We arrived at 2.45 and check-in was 3pm. This was a trip with my 96 year old mother and my daughter. We were kept waiting and were taken to the room at 3.30. We requested interconnecting rooms especially my mother being so elderly this did not happen. In our room NO welcome note or fruit or a bottle! Rather strange as this is a 5 star hotel …. The rooms have coffee machine with no fresh milk and paper cups for coffee this is poor for a 5 star hotel. The beds were made very late in the day too. When I checked out I was asked if I had a pleasant stay and informed the receptionist all the above and was promised an email from the general manager! Which I’ve not heard from??? Again this is terrible service and personally would not recommend this hotel or would I return.

Ritornato per la terza volta quest’anno nel mio hotel preferito … sempre tutto ma tutto perfetto!Questa volta per il mio compleanno si sono davvero superati: up grade di una supefavolosa camera con jacuzzi esterna con una viste favolosa sul principato , regalo e torta in camera,davvero un’accoglienza eccezionale e colgo l’occasione per ringraziare e fare i miei complimenti a tutto il personale per la professionalità e gentilezza!Tra tutti i Leading hotel non me ne vogliano gli altri ma l’ Hermitage conserva un posto nel mio cuore !!! Consiglio di viveve un’esperienza da sogno in questo favoloso hotel!Io ci tornerò presto ancora grazie e complimenti.

Parfait ! À l’occasion de notre anniversaire nous avons passé 2 nuitées dans l’hôtel. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. Le restaurant Pavyllon est excellent et les chefs sont absolument adorables. Merci au chef pâtissier Maxime pour toutes ses délicates attentions. Seule petite déception sur le petit déjeuner gastronomique qui mériterait d’avantage de gastronomie, avec ses codes. À mon sens c’est un petit déjeuner buffet avec des produits de haute qualité. La salle est en revanche magnifique ! Merci au service de conciergerie pour sa complicité pour l’organisation de la surprise pour mon épouse . Top du Top! À bientôt pour des nouvelles aventures. Bon séjour aux lecteurs

Avevo appuntamento al bar dell’hotel. Non esprimo giudizi su altro perché non ho soggiornato. Il bar è in una posizione infelice. E’ in un corridoio . Seduto ai tavolini mi passavano davanti clienti che con le valigie arrivavano o partivano, in una completa mancanza di riservatezza. Ho ordinato una cioccolata calda. Non mi aspettavo in un hotel di questo genere che fosse fatta con le polverine in bustina. Forse è meglio che vadano a rileggere su un libro di cucina come si fa la cioccolata.

Hotel splendido per bellezza e servizio. Posizione perfetta vicina al Casinò con collegamento diretto alle Terme . La colazione è molto gustosa in quanto ricca di prodotti dolci e salati . Ottimo il servizio Valet, veloce e sempre a disposizione .

Nice location, and a prestigious time-honored hotel. The historic splendor is a bit fading, though. What is slightly substandard is the bathroom amenities. The only more serious disappointment was the quality of the breakfast buffet - fairly mediocre. On the positive side, the personnel was, without exception, top.
